Exquisite service (Patrick our waiter was SUPERB). Cuisine magnificent. Best way to enjoy opera: dinner before curtain call and dessert during intermission. Bison Carpaccio was unbelievable. Wine pairing highly suggested. Smoked salmon A1. Beef tenderloin delicious. Friendly and attentive staff. Ambiance thumbs up.
I have dined at intermission for years and was very happy too see a vegetarian option as a main course now. The vegetable Wellington was very good, I would order it again. Service is always great, staff is always attentive. I hope vegetarian options stay on the menu because soup.
