Everything at the standard, high line has been impeccable. The hotel itself, the rooms, and most importantly, the staff! Everything was so fast and perfectly executed. Everything we asked for was not an expectations were exceeded.
This was my 2nd time staying at the Standard High Line-- Overall the room and bedding were very comfortable. However, the service was mediocre-- It was difficult to confirm reservations and/or check-in using a centrally billed corporate credit card. Also, I called the front desk to have my tv fixed on Day 1 (Room 1618)... It was never addressed during my 3nt/4 day stay.

I have always dreamt of staying at the standard high line, so my expectations were high. I have been warmly welcomed by Mandee at the reception and my room was even ready at 11am. I got a superb superior queen room on the tenth floor. The view is just amazing, overlooking the high line and the river. It is extremely sunny and warm.
