I was disappointed with breakfast at Villard. Despite the room being gorgeous and the ambience sublime, the food was merely average and the service was sorely lacking. There were several servers available at all times, but they spent their time setting tables, milling about or chatting with each other. It's a beautiful room food ok bur for the price disappointing and the service the same. I feel because they add 20% automatically the staff could care less. For such an elegant hotel you get way better service and food at the Pomme bakery!

Had a nice time, made my reservation for 1:45pm and was told kitchen was closing at 1:45pm so we were rushed into ordering. Don't know why they would book a resi when the kitchen was closing. Overall was a good time and nice experience. Would definitely go back, beautiful atmosphere
