Had a truly pleasant experience here. The guy who took my order and also made the sandwich was professional, polite, checked to make sure I was certain of order and said goodbye is a way that I felt good walking out. His service alone would make me want to revisit this location!

Gross and unsafe food handling practices. Whoever is the owner or manager seriously needs to go over with their staff the proper procedures when it comes to handling food. Like taking off their gloves when they handle money or maybe not keeping the knife they use to cut food by the register. The sad part is that the staff clearly do not care. If theyre willing to do those things in front of customers then what are they doing when there arent any customers around..

I wish they were friendlier, changed their gloves and wore their hair in a cap. I felt intimidated and rushed, watch them handle bags, register and food without changing their gloves and came home to a sandwich with hair in it.

By far the worst location, I have ever been to. The sandwiches are the smallest regular sandwiches I have ever seen. I ordered a Buffalo chicken sandwich and got a sandwich that had gravy and no hot sauce. When I asked the counter person if this was a Buffalo chicken sandwich, I was yelled at by the 2 female employees and told I was banned from the location, which is OK with me because if they choose bad employees, why would I want to go back. And as I am writing this, the 1 female employee came outside and began yelling and threatening to call the police for harassment, which I hope they did. GARBAGE EMPLOYEES!!!

This establishment is going to go down hill if this girl continues to work there! If I could give this place 0 stars I would! No professionalism what so ever! You can’t talk to people who’s patronizing your business any kind of way and think they are not going to respond! Trust and believe they won’t ever have to worry about me, my family, or any of my friends spending one red cent at this location!

The subs are good but everything else is terrible. Place is dirty and unorganized although they seem overstaffed by unfriendly employees. The prices are much higher than local deli's or pizzerias and the food isn't any better. Shop local and don't support this franchise chain sub shop. Poor service and high prices.

My co workers and I had placed a mobile order. It was only 4 subs and some chips. Once the order was placed it said it will be done at 11:58. I arrived at 12:05. A couple people were ahead of me at pick up which is fine. Their Lobby and line was full of customers dining in. Again not a problem. It looked like they were possibly understaffed, which I understand being in the customer service business, its not easy.. I waited patiently till they got all of the customers in line out. Meanwhile people had walked in after me in the regular line and got serviced first. The lobby then began to fill up with other customers looking for their mobile order or Uber eats. I was there till 12:50… we all got completely ignored, everyone was getting frustrated. It seemed to be that the girl who handed our food out was new, she was getting yelled at by the manager and her other coworker. I finally arrived back to work and realized some of our order was missing. A sub and a couple chips. None the less, don’t come here on a lunch break if you are expecting to get in and out quickly , mobile orders won’t do anything. Not sure if I will return.

Incompetent management. Employees were friendly and got my order right. However they only had two working in the middle of a weekend lunch rush. Waited over 45 minutes for a pickup order and decided to have to cancel it. Management should’ve had atleast four employees behind the counter. Line was almost going out the door and couldn’t keep up with any mobile order. Felt bad for the two kids behind the counter.
