We decided on a place with good drinks and wood fired pizzas so we could enjoy good pizza and not draw comparisons.The house Malbec was amazing, The italian meats pizza was amazing, The cocktails were amazing, and the Customer Service was equally..you guessed it..Amazing!In all seriousness we were very impressed by this little spot, We had a nice time away from the hotel, made our bellies happy, and we got to inquire with the staff about things to do in the area. “What a wonderful restaurant. I had a group of 24 people for a dinner to celebrate a birthday recently. I was from out of town and so I relied on the reviews and I wasn't disappointed. The food was outstanding, the wine excellent and the staff amazing. My group had various food "needs" ranging from vegans to children and everyone was more than satisfied. “I've eaten in at dick and Jenny's before and it was cute, nice service, just dark. This time I did take out and it was so good! I got the chicken club which was grilled chicken, ham, melted cheese, bacon, lettuce tomato and it was delicious. My friend had the ribs and grits and also raved about how good they were. “I can't say enough with how pleased my wife and I are with Lindsay and the team at The Village Bake Shoppe! We were recommended to try them out for our wedding cake and we are so glad that we did! Lindsay was very nice to work with and made sure our cake was exactly what we were looking for! The cake tasting was also a lot of fun and showcased the variety of amazing flavors they have to offer! I would recommend 100% checking them out if you are looking for a great place to make your wedding cake! We did a 4 tiered cake with almond raspberry, Oreo chocolate, and banana caramel flavors which were amazing! I know not everyone likes banana that this one is honestly my favorite! It's like a warm banana bread with melted caramel - so good!! We love going over to Lewiston to walk by the water and stopping in the shoppe as it's right in the quaint little village! “ABSOLUTE ROCK STARS! Recently purchased some meat to make my first batch of sausage with. Nick went above and beyond and educated me on the different cuts of meats, what percentages to use and tips and tricks and made sure I got the best of the best. When I picked up everything Joe treated me like family and was very helpful and friendly and also gave me some more education. It's awesome to see two people take so much pride and passion in what they do and treating customers like family.Also, on my way into the store I stopped by the bakery department (like the elf I am LOL) and spoke with the bakery person who was amazing (sorry, didnt get her name, older lady with glasses-very friendly). She educated me on ALL of the sweets and baked goods, how much pride/passion they take in their in house baking goods and also the specialty items from Germany and Italy etc. WOW!Thanks to these three ROCKSTARS you have gained a customer for life (I live in Wainfleet but WORTH the drive!!) “We stumbled on this restaurant about a year ago and absolutely love it. Whenever we are in Niagara Falls, we go out our way to make sure we have lunch or dinner here. The Pad Thai is always done with the right amount of spice. Portion size is good as well.“

“Wings were awesome, salad and desert were awesome, but the poutine....well, the gravy was way too salty, and the chicken breast I asked to be added was that rubbery infused frozen meat. Yuk! Get some real fresh chicken breast. People can tell the difference!“
“I stopped in for lunch with my daughter for the first time. The two ladies that were working were outgoing and welcoming, with fun personalities. You can tell the customers love them by how they react when they come in. It was fun to just watch them interact. The food was good. I had the reuben and it came on huge slices of bread with delicious fries. My daughter had loaded tots and said they were delicious, as well. The restaurant was clean and the bathroom was too. We only wish this little gem was closer to home for us. We will be back again when in the area.“
