We got into town very late at night and were wandering around looking for food on a random Thursday evening. The Indian Fusion Food Truck was not only open for business, but delicious with an amazing atmosphere for outdoor munching. The service was excellent as she easily could have said that she was closed for the night. Thank you for such a great experience and welcome to the falls!
We tried the Aaloo paratha, chole + rice + naan combo , Aaloo tikki, chicken curry+ rice combo, Chai and gulab jamun. The food was delicious with authentic Indian flavours.
