Edit: Wow. I didn't know the owner was so sour about reviews. I wasn't sick and the 2 other people with me also felt the same way about the food. The cook who was a lady who served us agreed about the bad food quality and replaced one of the dishes with something else that was at least edible. I can't even cook and i make better food than this food truck.The sambar tasted like dal. Vada was barely cooked and the lady offer to make paratha instead of the vada. The paratha was tasteless with barely any aloo in it and a whole lot of butter. I am an Indian and love both south Indian and North Indian breakfast and this was made by someone who does not know how to cook. Furthermore, the dosa's aloo masala and chunks of salt in pockets which made it an overall awful experience.Vegetarian options: Lots of veg options but taste is very bad.

If you want to go here eat chat and other fast food dishes, do not try dosa, idli or vada as they were terrible. And the dosa is so small one isn’t enough. The sambar and chutney were old and not tasty. I saw good reviews and took my parents but they were disappointed

We got into town very late at night and were wandering around looking for food on a random Thursday evening. The Indian Fusion Food Truck was not only open for business, but delicious with an amazing atmosphere for outdoor munching. The service was excellent as she easily could have said that she was closed for the night. Thank you for such a great experience and welcome to the falls!

I recently had the pleasure of trying the veg biryani and aloo paratha here I was very impressed with both dishes. The biryani was flavorful and well-cooked, and the aloo paratha was also delicious.The food truck was clean and well-organized, and the staff was friendly and efficient. Best best best desi food, I tried methi paratha, chai and dosa. Paratha is just awesome, crispy and rich of taste. Dosa is perfect, not oily, very crispy and tasty. Chai/tea is best in the area, the taste made me remember my home... Highly Highly recommended!!!!!

Tried here only because reviews were good but please avoid this place. Food is terrible and service is worst. This place should be sealed by FDIC. Tried biryani and idly. Idly seems to be from couple of days before just threw them in the trash. They are so hard and stinking. Biryani is as bad as idly. Rice is uncooked and there is nothing but peas. Service is so bad ETA for food was given as 20 mins at the time of order but it took over 50 mins for it to arrive.Vegetarian options: Avoid eating here

Never go to eat food at Indian Fusion Food Truck . When we visited Niagara, we went to eat chat and Pani puri at Indian Fusion Truck. Panipuri pani was arhar dal and testless chutney served by them . They don’t know how to prepare khatat mitha water with mint leaves and white pees Ragda instead lady gave plain puri with Arhar dal .Don’t waste your money at this place.
