“The staff at this Subway restaurant is awesome! They remember the usual orders of their most frequent customers, of which I'm one - as soon as I walk in, if one of the cashiers who knows me best is tending, she'll get my medium coffee cup and three half-and-halfs, and meet me with them at the counter! One time, the coffee, which is usually hot, happened to have been sitting for too long; when I mentioned this, another cashier switched it out for me immediately, and brought me a new cup and creamers! The submarine rolls and various other items are fresh-finished in their in-store oven; this Subway is located inside a Walmart Super Center, to the left of the the Market entrance, and the fragrance of spicy baked goods is the first thing you notice when you walk through the door! I do eat lunch there sometimes as well, and their vegetable submarine is wonderful! The cinnamon sugar soft pretzels are great, too, and so is the popcorn! Several of the tables here are high-stool, but there are three booths and plenty of lower tables, and lots of room for handicapped access; Walmart's accessible restrooms are located right nearby. As a bus traveler and a frequent Walmart shopper, this is one of my favorite stops - see you on Monday, guys! :)“
“I switched to this location from the one in the Tops Plaza due to that place just going downhill. My subs just taste better at this one haha.One thing I would say is that they need to inform the employees that they need to change their gloves before going back to finish making someone's food after handling money.“
“I had a very positive experience dealing with this SUBWAY location, when I was tasked with filling a very large order of 48 footlong subs with less-than-ideal notice time, on a Saturday night in late June when this location was already very busy with heavy foot traffic due to the close proximity to Clifton Hill, Niagara Falls, on a day when the weather was very nice, the crowds were substantial, and there were some big name events and attractions that night. I had called other sub shops, and found my large order and compromised lead time to be a real challenge until I spoke with the manager of this location, Subway # 19899-0 at 5765 Victoria Ave. It’s rare to find any retail outlet or restaurant that will take on an extraordinary one-off challenge like my order, and make it happen, exactly to order, pulling all resources together to accomplish the task on time, especially when they are already extremely busy. The effort deserves praise, especially now, at a time when we are all paying more to get less in many ways. Quite a remarkable crew at this location. Thanks again to all involved!“
“This location always has fresh food and stocked well, but consistency is hit and miss. There is a new girl and also a woman at the counter they listen attentively, and our food is correct when they make it. They help with friendly attitudes, always smile and treat people respectfully. When the male employees make it, they seem to rush and make mistakes.“
