I normally try not to give negative reviews. However, every experience I've had with Tim Hortons has been subpar. Not completely terrible, but not good enough for me to recommend them to anyone. To start, it's tough to find a time or location when the line inside or in the drive-through doesn't cause a delay in my day. I guess there are a lot of people that love them, just not me. Got the waffle breakfast sandwich, the waffle fell apart like it was old or something. Sticking to bagels, hashbrowns and donuts and kettle chips. The sandwiches always disappoint.
Thank you Tim Hortons! Today I went through the drive thru, the attendant was polite, the line was quick and the service and coffee was great. It looks like new staff or corporate staff until the place gets stabilized. Couldn’t be happier that I can regularly go to this place again. You listened, and earned my loyalty.
