I don't know when they went from muffins that would fill you up practically for a couple buck to where you can eat them in one bite, tim Hortons has gone down hill so much the past 4 years not just this location but all of them. Slowly have been skimping portions for profit and screwing up what they started. The last time I ever go here again.

I normally try not to give negative reviews. However, every experience I've had with Tim Hortons has been subpar. Not completely terrible, but not good enough for me to recommend them to anyone. To start, it's tough to find a time or location when the line inside or in the drive-through doesn't cause a delay in my day. I guess there are a lot of people that love them, just not me. Secondly, the kids that work at every location apparently don't even know how to smile, much less be polite. I am generalizing here, but that's been my experience. Maybe it's the age group or lack of parental direction, but that's another soap box. Third, I hate receiving my frosting covered doughnuts in bags stuck together where you can't remove one without losing frosting. WTH Timmy Ho, always put the Boston Creams in a box. Fourth, why can't you put the entire order in one bag. Who's idea is it to hand every individual item to the customer, separately. If I order 2 breakfast sandwiches, hash browms, and a couple of muffins, put them all in one master bag. I don't want all of that sitting in my cars passenger seat or have to juggle it all along with the coffee into the office or home. And, lastly, your coffee sucks. I know a lot of people love it but not me.P.S. I know I said that was the last one, but there's one more thing. As someone who is always on the lookout for a low-carb meal, having the option to order one of your sandwiches without a bun would be a nice change. It may sound strange to some, but more people need this than you might think. I tried it once at one Tim Hortons, and the best they could come up with is putting all the ingredients in a cup. It didn't work out very well. A better choice would have been a single doughnut box served with a plastic knife and fork. Just food for thought Tim Hortons.

Got the waffle breakfast sandwich, the waffle fell apart like it was old or something. Sticking to bagels, hashbrowns and donuts and kettle chips. The sandwiches always disappoint.

Update: 9/27/23First off, glad there's a new staff. Looks like you listened to your customers on that end. However, the service is still lacking. I've placed a pickup order at 8:25, and when I arrived closer to 9, it STILL wasn't ready. The cashier there looked absolutely clueless when I showed him my order through my phone (because somehow he's mistaken it for Doordash?) Had to wait LONGER for my food. What is the point of order pickup when it's not ready when you arrive? They need to update this Google page to let customers know that their card machine is down. After trying to order ahead of time on the app, I only found out once I stepped in the restaurant.Even worse, after being told after the fact that they've been down for two days, another employee walked next to the cashier who told me their card machine was for cash only, and was VERY rude by obnoxiously repeating "Cash Only" in a shrill voice. It's not bad enough when this place was generally slow with my orders when their card machine DID work, but now you hire hoodrats to run your store too? Do you even read these reviews? If the manager is reading this, do something about your restaurant and find better employees. Or at the very least let people know card machines don't work.Very ghetto place you're running here...
