For a year and 4 months I’ve gone nearly everyday to this location, usually early in the mornings when I couldn’t sleep while pregnant or with my newborn, although not always perfect they’ve been consistent with fixing issues I’ve had. Might be dramatic but it was 5am , i was waiting for my bus from the niagara bus “station”. It was locked and i thought it’s gonna be open for passengers. It was cold outside and nothing was open except this tims. Thank you

A pretty regular Tim Hortons in terms of service and food quality. Nothing outstanding, but nothing terribly wrong either. The real concern was the abundance of drug addicts and mentally unstable people among the visitors. Not the most pleasant company to have a morning coffee with. I would rate it 1 star out of 5, but I give an extra star on top just to show my sincere respect to the staff that have to deal with such uneasy customers.
