A pretty regular Tim Hortons in terms of service and food quality. Nothing outstanding, but nothing terribly wrong either. The real concern was the abundance of drug addicts and mentally unstable people among the visitors. Not the most pleasant company to have a morning coffee with. I would rate it 1 star out of 5, but I give an extra star on top just to show my sincere respect to the staff that have to deal with such uneasy customers.

ordered a marble swirl hot chocolate but there was no cream and chocolate drizzle in it. im so disappointed. i felt scared to complain coz there was a lady staff with british accent shouting at a customer who complained about her order. the staff has a very loud voice and humiliated the customer. it felt uncomfortable.

Today 03 Feb 2024 time 2.20 am, we were here inside the TIM, suddenly my cousin got vomiting and really wana to go to washroom but the Punjabi Paaji didn't allow him to go in, he said its not allowed ? by employer. He will fire you.

Worst Tim’s In the city, the service is abnormally slow, I was the only one in the drive through and they still made me pull into a spot and wait for my food, their actual food is not much better. I got a bagel today that looked like it was used for a game of football with how deformed it was and not only did they still decide to hand it out they burnt it to a crisp to before handing it out!!!!

Probably the most USELESS staff out there. Completely unaware of how to toast a bagel or get a coffee made just pathetic- the amount of cream cheese they tried putting on the bagel is absolutely revolting- I ended up getting a refund instead and going to a more competent location.

I came to the drive through as a passenger in January 6 at 11:30 am. We ordered two coffees. My friend had a five dollar bill in one hand and her phone with the Tim's app for points. The server opened the window, while still talking in the headset, grabbed the five and shut the window. We waved at her, honked our horn and even knocked on the window but she was too engrossed in taking the next order that she did not notice us. When she opened the window and passed us our coffees we mentioned that we had the app. I knew from past experience that at this point it was too late but when told of the mistake the cashier said she was on the phone and did not hear us. I'd have liked an apology but none came. We told her she was rude and she shut the window. As we drive off we realized that we never got our change. I know it's hard working in the service industry, but a simple apology can go a long way. It really upset my friend and I.

I had a really poor experience at a Tim Hortons drive-through recently, where the young lady serving us was incredibly rude. Not only did she talk over my friend and me, completely disregarding what we were saying, but she also ignored our requests. She didn't return my change, a fact I realized too late, and totally brushed off my attempt to use loyalty points.In situations like these, a simple apology goes a long way, but there was none. Mistakes are understandable, but her unwillingness to acknowledge or correct them was really off-putting. The thought of going back to fix these issues felt like too much trouble.
