First time here and it was absolutely amazing! The service and staff are totally professional and accommodating, they explain everything to you with step by step instructions. I have never done anything like this before and let me tell you it is a experience! They give you 2 hours to eat all you can, unlimited unalcoholic drinks, and there is a sauce bar with all different types of sauces to put on your food. First time here tonight! Loved it! Staff helped navigate the ordering process and the spice bar. My adult son and I had the hot pot. Food was fresh and delicious. Especially loved the shrimp, red snapper, thin sliced meats, fresh vegetables and various dumplings and noodles. Service was wonderful. Thank you for a great night!

Food is great here. Service is also good and the owner is very nice. Our go to spot in the capital region. My only complaint was the included $27 service charge (not a tip charge). Happy to pay it but restaurants in New York have to disclose additional fees either verbally or in an obvious location on the menu (I studied Consumer Protection law). I didn’t make a fuss about it but it does need to be disclosed or you risk customers not returning or even lawsuits.
