The food is awesome. All the meet, seafood, and vegetables are very tender and fresh. The food came out quickly and ordering on iPad is very easy! Defiantly recommend this place. However, one advice is the waiters should take a look more at the customers, rather than just hiding in the waiters station and chit chatting. Every time we have to look for them and wait for them to come out from their station. I will say the bus boy is much better, they are polite and always bring the food out quickly and take the empty plates away. Anyway, the vibes in the restaurant are awesome!

Didn’t end up eating because after being seated we sat for 10+ minutes and were never acknowledged. We finally walked out, and passed by the hostess and several servers who were all staring at their cell phones.

Short drive from Clifton Park to Niskayuna. Clean place, and the best part is I can choose my own sauce and cook the way I wanted just like in Jakarta.Update: my little one is a picky eater, but he likes the hot pot and it encourages him to eat more vegetables. Recently brought him there for the weekend and we both love the place

We had dinner here earlier this winter and it was great! Really cool atmosphere and fun date night spot. Will definitely be making a return visit!

We ate at Volcano last year and it was great. We ate there last night and noticed things have changed. The menu seems limited. The portions were smaller. The food came out so slow. We had to ask a server for our order a couple of times. In the past the servers were always checking the grills. We had to ask twice to have our grill changed. After an hour a server asked if we were ready for the bill! We said no that we had ordered but the food hadn't come out yet.
I don't think we will go back.

I really loved the atmosphere and the food but something didn’t sit right in my stomach..
Food is great here. Service is also good and the owner is very nice. Our go to spot in the capital region. My only complaint was the included $27 service charge (not a tip charge). Happy to pay it but restaurants in New York have to disclose additional fees either verbally or in an obvious location on the menu (I studied Consumer Protection law). I didn’t make a fuss about it but it does need to be disclosed or you risk customers not returning or even lawsuits.

First time here and it was absolutely amazing! The service and staff are totally professional and accommodating, they explain everything to you with step by step instructions. I have never done anything like this before and let me tell you it is a experience! They give you 2 hours to eat all you can, unlimited unalcoholic drinks, and there is a sauce bar with all different types of sauces to put on your food. My husband was in his glory with all the different meat selections. He had pork belly and lamb, I had chicken and my son had steak. The fried rice was delicious and so was the spring rolls and my absolute favorite was the dumplings! You definitely do not leave there hungry. It's a little pricey but it's worth it! Definitely going back!Vegetarian options: Two different types of rice and a lot of different types of noodles and vegetables

I didn't care for the Hot Pot at all. I found the exchange between raw food and cooked to be somewhat frightening. The barbecue portion of dinner was ok, but again, not my favorite meal.

First time here tonight! Loved it! Staff helped navigate the ordering process and the spice bar. My adult son and I had the hot pot. Food was fresh and delicious. Especially loved the shrimp, red snapper, thin sliced meats, fresh vegetables and various dumplings and noodles. Service was wonderful. Thank you for a great night!
