Itacate has lost me as a customer! We have a gift card that was purchased at the Penfield 4 Corners venue that you have decided NOT to honor! I understand you`ve moved,however,the same people own this venue! You have our money and we are SOL?!! We used to love the Penfield location along with the food...an honorable owner would have welcomed our business and we would have continued to drive out to Chili for your food. Bad news travels faster than good news!
