First time ordering from Itacate tonight through Grubhub delivery and while the food was quite good, we were disappointed that some of the rice mixed throughout wasn’t cooked fully and was hard. Having randomly hard rice is not enjoyable and is actually scary because you can crack a tooth. Tim & Paco are top notch. The Steak Butrito was excellent, chips and quac/salsa was very good. Tim was friendly and either has had a lot of experience in both customer service and a kitchen or he’s just a natural. As I was enjoying my delicious burrito he was giving descriptions of the menu and answering all sorts of question about the food and the process of preparing and serving it. Definitely try the burrito with pork carnitas (if you've no moral or religious objections to eating pork or meat). Full of flavor and value for your buck.
