“I originally had a very bad experience where they accidentally gave me the wrong order. I called and she thought I'd be calling as someone else got my food. The manager took my name and I said I'll be back in sometime. Today was sometime. The manager in duty made it all better and the order was correct!!The first photo is exactly what the box first box looked like, the second is what it's supposed to be. Thank you miss manager!!! My faith in KFC is restored!“

For example, always including napkins/utensils/ketchup/hot sauce is great and usually not done by fast food/to go restos. The extra Faygo soda they gave me today (since they don't have drinks listed on Doordash) made my day- I have been swamped with work, and meant to, but forgot to, double dash a drink.
