Buffalos best bbq what a joke. Ordered wing and rib combo from food truck Tuesday today and ribs where dry dry dry no smoke flavor no smoke ring,almost seems like they are slow Cooked in a oven or alter sham. SMOKED WINGS again where's the SMOKE???? Although no smoke flavor and a tad to much salt in rub these where by far the best thing from the combo and that's being nice. fries u can tell are cut then fried right away instead of being cut washed balnch cooked then final cook...read full review
