I put in a request for a credit to get the breakfast wraps I paid for that are $5 a piece because they were made incorrectly. The worker was nice the first time he made my food wrong and I didn’t realize until I was too far away to get the food remade. Tim Hortons are privately owned so the OWNER has to approve the refund. Total was $5.01. Gave the employee a penny with gift card and he handed it back to me after he rung me out because he didn't need it. ? Asked for my drink to be remade twice. There wasn't enough sugar in it. (Ordered double double). Different employee made it and got it right got third attempt. Garbage full. Terrible atmosphere.

The roll up to win game is a sham. Won't let me get my rolls from previous purchases. Put off getting the app till I had at least 15 cups of the roll up to win cups figuring I could get the app and scan the cups when I got around to it. Not the case. Those cups aren't any good I guess. The app is terribly slow. Spent a half hr trying to order ( in the restaurant) just to get 'rolls' .
