“Delicious Margarita pizza! All ingredients are fresh. We use to drive over the bridge to Cassis’s in Orangburg, NY for pizza, but no more. We met the owner yesterday and he really takes pride in his business. Venice Pizza is now our go to place when we want delicious pies.”

“Just had the absolute pleasure of dining at La Casa Bronxville for the first time. Where do I start? It had been recommended to me by a couple of friends as a really unique, quality twist to the Mexican dining genre and were they ever correct. Started with the warm and friendly greeting and spacious well decored bar and dining areas. Once seated and presented with the menu - I was pleasantly suprised with the cool spin on some of the more traditional Mexican menu items (ex. Oyster soft tacos to die for - and I don't even like oysters but these were out of this world). The quality of the ingredients and food items are clearly a top priority for the management and the chef. The owner Spencer Pingle is very present and you feel it. He explained that the chips, guac and many other main items are freshly made in house daily - any wow the flavors pop!!! I can go on for quite a bit about this Westchester GEM but I will simply recommend that you go for this experience and see for yourself. Very reasonably priced for the impeccable food quality, portions and presentation. YES YES YES!!!!”

“I tried two flavors: the Dominican Vanilla + Coconut. It was AMAZING.The place is clean. Staff is friendly.The two (2) complaints that take away a star:Definitely coming back here, but not as often as I would like, because it’s kinda pricey. $30 for two (2) scoops on a cone; and 2 midsized cups.Employees need to wear restaurant caps to cover their heads when serving; specially while styling long/braided hair. I mean: I don’t want that stuff on my food.Kindly work on those, and I would consider adding the 5th STAR.”

“My daughter celebrated her 9th Birthday she had a blast. She loves being in the kitchen. Susan and the girls are very nice and helpful. They kept the kids engaged with different activities. It was very pleasant and Susan is a great, humbled person. During our interactions she listened and always kept the kids in mind.”

“One of my friends started coming here months ago so I started tagging along with him and I fell in love with the flavors here my usual is blue raspberry and lemon in frozen drink form when they have it! I even started to bring my girl here recently and she’s very selective on what she likes she now calls it our place. Well it not only had butter but it also had cheese. I also saw a waiter eating from a plate that had leftover food from a patron.”

Good quantity for the price paid ($30 for one special roll, Kamazaki, and one regular shrimp tempura roll)The restaurant is clean and spacious with plenty natural light. Only glitch was the waiter seemed confused when ordering and didnt seem familiar with the menu. Other than that, a good spot for fusion craving and would come back again.”

“Torcello is a hidden gem. Run, don't walk to this lovely Italian restaurant which serves up a wonderful array of elevated Italian dishes, and makes you feel like you're VIPs as you dine. Food and drinks were all excellent. Easy parking too. Can't wait to return for another meal. Highly recommended.”

The fresh pasta with seasonal preparations are always divine and not your classic Italian dishes (e.g. gnocci with the lamb neck meat this spring, and wild boar in the winter), the wine on point, and the service warm and authentic. The atmosphere is elevated bistro, so it works for date night or dinner with friends but the food is significantly better than any other local restaurant. The chef didn't earn a Michelin bib for nothing.”

My husband and I are frequent weekend guests at The Tasty Table because we like the food and the way we are treated as guests. I've noticed some less than positive reviews focused on difficulties getting a table during their busiest weekend times. This should indicate to all who are interested in going to The Tasty Table of how wonderful a restaurant it is. My suggestion is to take advantage of the 30 minute call aheads that are offered. You won't be disappointed!”

“Wonderful open space with amazingly responsive wait staff and a chef-owner who makes r rounds to see how you liked the meal. We had appetizers of burrata salad and a polenta with meat sauce and everyone had different main dishes all involving perfectly cooked seafood. No room for dessert but if we had the opportunity to eat dessert bo doubt it would have been excellent! Can't wait to return!”
