“Excellent Greek restaurant. Wonderful atmosphere. Very attentive service by all staff. Food is delicious and healthy. We had Moussaka and chicken souvlaki both plentiful and very tasty. The cappuccino was also excellent, made with Greek coffee, but decaf is also available. The dessert menu is very creative but we will have to return again to try it. A great dining experience.”

Out of all the food we tried (which were all good), the grilled beef tenderloin skewers were very tasty. Would definitely go here again to try the rest of their Bar Fogo menu & other drinks!”

“Arriving at 6:00 on a Saturday evening without reservations, my companion and I were delighted to be seated at a small booth in the bar area. Great seating, as it was comfortable and felt private. We each enjoyed a special cocktail, and appetizers of delicious cauliflower and truffle pizza and popcorn shrimp (complete with tiny crumbles of popcorn!) We then really enjoyed the chicken pot pie and cucumber and broccoli entre salad. Service was friendly and attentive. Prices were very reasonable. Very fine experience. Look forward to returning soon.”

Egg was just poached in the broth. They gave me a free appetizer of , I think, white fish tempura which was amazing, great sauce on it. Would go back again, probably would not get the ramen, though good, I have had better.”

Service was smooth, i received my food in a timely manner. Staff was very helpful with suggestions. I had the grilled octopus for my starter and the seafood linguine for my main. I have been craving octopus and they didn’t disappoint!!! The food was superb. The atmosphere is divine. I will definitely be returning and I for sure recommend this venue.”

Desserts like the s'mores roasting over open flame is just so much fun with kids! Highly recommend this Japanese Grill! The service was superb with their staffs! Ambiance is great too with the seating arrangements.”

“My daughter-in-law is from Brazil and introduced my family to some treats like Brigadeiros and so I found Araras online and visited one day to get some . So happy I did and I’ve been back several times to pick up different treats and also to buy some groceries from the market. I must say that as wonderful as the food is, the service and people who work there are even more wonderful! They have always been so helpful and accommodating and make Araras a very special place. We began with Sonoma Saint Francis Chardonnay, with a splendid array of plump East Coast Oysters, an order of delicious Oysters Rockefeller, and hubs enjoyed his yummy New England clam chowder as he did in 2019. Entrees of: Blackened Tuna with Lime sauce, a silky Grilled Salmon Filet Beurre Blanc with pearls of Salmon Roe, and a large Caesar Salad with grilled Chicken strips. Also lots of vegetarian, seafood, and poultry options for those cutting back on the traditional cold cuts. I always pair it with a perfectly not-to-sweet Vietnamese Iced coffee (beans from Cafe Du Monde in New Orleans!) Love the summer and spring rolls and Bun vermicelli bowls too. We then headed to our table for some dinner. Our waitress was terrific….friendly and attentive. They have a big selection of food and there were several specials (both appetizers and entrees). The entrees include seafood, beef and pastas. Our meals were really good and they have generous portions. It’s easy to get to and has a nice casual atmosphere. I’ll eat here again next time I’m in the area.”

“My family and I have always been going to this restaurant although managements has always changed. Food is great. This time that I went to eat there the waitress that helped us sat us at our table and asked if we were ready to order I asked her for coffee and she told me to get up and serve my self which I didn’t mind to do it. After a while there were more customers that had order also coffee and the all were served the proper in a way as it should. Mean while I was drinking my cup coffee in a foam cup and was not offered to be served in a regular mug. The problem that if it was take out I’d accept that but mind you I was dining in. That point is that every customer should be treated the right way and equally and quality service. I always tip the waitresses/waiters at restaurant acknowledging the work and effort they put in. This time around I felt that this woman did not deserve tips for the quality of service that I have received at this time was not acceptable.”

“Now let me tell you about this little cafe, located in the down lake street heading towards West Harrison…I’ve been to this establishment several times along my route. In the morning for coffee, bananas and more coffee. But never have I ever ate here…till last month. Around this time 2pm in the afternoon I was craving a taco (which I knew Eddie’s Little Cafe most definitely make) along with other delicious Mexican delights. I just never knew what everything tasted like. Because let it be known I’ve tasted majority of White Plains’s Taco scene… ONLY ONE PLACE CURRENTLY REIGNS SUPREME…. Which I have yet to review. Till now..: Not only does Eddie’s Little Cafe crafts the most beautiful taco.. but their “Chorizo/2 egg scramble with home fries breakfast tacos” literally will satisfy anyone craving a breakfast taco. Perfect for brunch, perfect for a quick lunch. This homemade meal I order was and is a force to be reckon with. Because it IS MADE …with professionalism, “homemade-ism”,… it just tastes really freaking good and I was hungry! It comes with their garlic bread, which is also soft, warm and tasty. How can anyone complain about their food being accompanied by WARM bread?! “I say, I was initially unsure what to think of an establishment named after a metal fruit. However after several years of patronage I can say that whatever an "Iron Tomato" is, it's good! I've tried their pizza which is decent, at best, their salads are serviceable too. However, the REAL reason you should come here are for their signature sandwiches. There are a plethora of delicious options from cold cuts to hot cutlets and more. Despite being as upscale and gentrified as it is, the sandwiches are comparatively cheap to others in the area. Despite this, the ingredients are fresh and taste better than the competition! Good show! Fare 4/5 Price $$”

They were really attentive, knowledgeable about the drinks and food on the menu, and great conversationalists. The caipirinha was great, but I enjoyed their cucumber mint smash cocktail the most. Out of all the food we tried (which were all good), the grilled beef tenderloin skewers were very tasty. Would definitely go here again to try the rest of their Bar Fogo menu & other drinks!”

“Nice mellow atmosphere, excellent polite service, had a hankering for so I stopped in and had shrimp Ramen. In a miso type broth, very flavorful, plenty of shrimp and surimi type stuff. Egg was just poached in the broth. They gave me a free appetizer of , I think, white fish tempura which was amazing, great sauce on it. Would go back again, probably would not get the ramen, though good, I have had better.”

“Haven't been back to this place for a long time and things are nowhere near as bad as it used to be. Actually it was way better than expected. Place was packed on a Sunday at 1pm and we were a party of 10. They accommodated us within 15 min. They also got a party of 7 sat while we were waiting so they are great with that aspect. We sat and got all kinds of drinks including sodas for the kids that was almost never empty. Refilled my oldest Son every time he was empty. Took our large order and got every aspect correct which is great in this day and age of hard to find good staff. Food was all around good. Burgers were large, pancakes huge, they put a ton of scrambled eggs on the plate requiring them. My sister and bro-in laws salads were plentiful and they loved them. My GF got the crab and lobster cake Benedict which she loved. I got the breakfast burrito which was good and the homemade hash was tastey too. The 3 breads the put on the table to start were amazing and the desserts were real good too. Forgot to take pics of the food as it was my mother's bday so I was occupied.One negative is they have a large lot but it was full so 2 of the 4 cars we came in had to park in the street.Parking: Big lot but at busy times will easily fill up.”

All of the flavors we've tried have been great, and they are ready for pick up or delivery pretty quickly.I would avoid the Lemon Cheesecake flavor though. The cookie and lemon curd taste good but something about the frosting tastes reminiscent of the way a lemon cleaning solution smells. Everything else has been great!”
