Wah Hing Kitchen

This has been my go-to Chinese food place for over 35 years. This family serves this community as if we are all a part of the extended family. The chicken dishes have real meat, the flavors are strong but not oversaturated and everything is fresh!Veggies are crisp and not soggie.Noodles are freshly made.The sesame noodles are very special here. Absolute best beef and broccoli in TOWN - oh wait - QUEENS oh wait- NYC oh wait - IN THE WORLD. Been coming here my whole life and no place does it the same. They have a thick, rich, flavorful, starchy sauce, that gives that delicious beef sauce everyone craves. I used to give them a 5 Rating, but have reduced it to 3. Their food has changed! Chicken chow mein is mostly onions and celery and the chicken pieces are too thick! The egg rolls are terrible now! The egg rolls have a really strange taste now. Outer shell is too thick and dry. Same with shrimp rolls. I may give them another chance, but not sure. Hot & Sour Soup is very good but a little too spicy for me!
