“Nice little place for a coffee, a smoothie or a bubble tea. Nice owner everyone who works there is friendly. Decorated pretty. Haven't tried the food but will definitely the next time I go and believe me it's worth going back a few times“
“Must say very busy place but it’s worth your time and money… all the drinks are good and fairly priced their cakes are so good not so sweet goes perfect with your drinks♥️ i do recommend this place 10/10 employees are hard working and kind.Edit: sorry to say but the new mexican guy doesn’t make nice tea! It’s the second time he did this even when i mentioned to add more sugar but it literally feels bland!!! All old employees where really good before him! I always comes to this location please do something about it Thank you!“
“It is delicious and the employees are always very happy and nice it is better then StarbucksVegetarian options: Cruelty, freeDietary restrictions: The sugar optionParking: Ther is one good right in feont of the plaxeKid-friendliness: They have donuts“
“I requested a custom cheesecake and they did not disappoint! Placing the order was easy and cake was ready at the time that I needed, no wait at all. When I gave them the idea of my cake, couldn't get a definite yes as they had to check with the baker, but the next day, I received a prompt response that it was possible. This cake was such a hit with my family. I'm glad I ordered from them! Also, I love their variety of mini cakes and cheesecakes and the rainbow cookies are so yummy! I've been going there for a year now and started off with the pastries they have readily available. I knew I would eventually request something custom from them.Parking: The parking lot can get pretty full at times and it's not too big.“
“Saturday evening dinner without a reservation. Walking in, my eyes immediately gravitated to the pictures of the owners and the many celebrities that have eaten and visited there before. The bar area is very nice and large, with TVs playing sports and news. We were greeted, welcomed and seated immediately. The dining area is very large and decorous. The tables large enough to sit us all. My cousin-in-law and his family frequent the restaurant and he practically knows everyone there, so as we sat, we were introduced to the owners and pretty much about a half dozen waiters and other staff members. All were extremely friendly and welcoming. As expected with all family style restaurants, the tables are very close to one another but positioned in a way that still allowed for ample space for you to move and sit comfortably. When we sat, there were hardly any people there, but within an hour it was full of patrons and large families. It was loud, but manageable. The food was unbelievably delicious. I haven't had true traditional family style Italian food in a long time. From the Fried Calamari and cold antipasto appetizers, to our Veal Parmigiana, Penne allá Vodka with Shrimp and prosciutto entrees. Paired with a Cabernet Sauvignon Palermo Napa, I truly enjoyed my meal. I haven't enjoyed food this good in a long time. My girls shared a huge plate of Chicken fingers and fries, and they loved it. I highly recommend anyone who's in the area to dine here. You won't regret it. Thank you for a great meal and patronage.“
“My absolute favorite coffee shop!! I am in the hard bean at least twice a week and I have had nothing but great experiences! The coffee is consistently good, and the food items are always fresh. The service is outstanding and the staff is always kind and attentive. I typically bring my laptop and stay for a while to get some work done, and this is a great place to do so. The WiFi is great and the atmosphere is always very calm. I love that when I go I am supporting a local family business that is hardworking and dedicated to what they do. I also got the punch card and my 8th coffee was free! Great touch for frequent flyers in the Merrick area. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for some good coffee in Nassau county!“
“First time and could not be more impressed. First the bread , amazing . Chef Guerrieri is spot on with everything he prepares. Freshest ingredients put together perfectly . Did I mention the bread ? Only negative was they were sold out of the octopus ( I did order less than an hour to closing on a Friday in Lent , so I’m to blame) . The replacement the Chef recommended and provided was more than adequate and extremely generous. Great spot , great Chef , highly recommend.“
“Ordered 2 drinks with my wife that were absolutely outstanding and had us craving for more. Let me start by saying the place has a very simple yet clean ambiance, the easy to read menu from fan favorites to byo bubble tea. So the wife and i decide to get the Cancer which had mango slushy coconut milk fresh mango and crystal boba my wife ended up getting the Gemini which had strawberry milk fresh strawberry and strawberry popping boba!! Both of these drinks were delicious and refreshing i tried my wife's bubble tea and nearly ended up switching but i really enjoyed the mangos freshness please please this place is a must try!!!!“
“While we were waiting for the train decided to stop in and have a coffee and tea. Which both were excellent. Really enjoyed the cookie that came with the drinks. But what really made the stay enjoyable was having a conversation with E.J. the batista. He is really passionate about his work. Will definitely stop back in when I'm in town.“
“This place is a hidden gem and features some of the best ice cream/ gelato I've ever had on Long Island. I got the campfire crunch swirly, and it was delicious. Ice cream was super cremy and fresh, and they put the perfect amount of blended toppings in the swirly. The shop featured about 20 gelato flavors to choose from and also had a nice expresso bar/candy station in the back. The service was nice and friendly.Overall, this place is a must try!“
“Stop in here spur of the moment during a local street fair, asked the barista to make me a latte flavored of her choice and that I like it sweet. Oh boy was I winner she made me a spumoni latte and I couldn't have been happier. So much so I convinced 3 other people to go get one. I only wish the cup was bigger I could have enjoyed it longer! The place is cute quaint space there's a little seating area when you enter. Oh and from what I hear the gelato is fantastic and by the fact that most of their flavors were sold or low I'd say they probably are, will find out on my next trip!“
“Love this little cafe and the food is just an added bonus. I love their seasonal coffee drinks. The seasoned potatoes are a MUST. I typically go for their breakfast items but friends and family love their lunch options as well.Parking: The parking lot for the plaza this place is in, gets full pretty quickly. It is also a narrow, tight squeeze.“
“An unfortunately overlooked gem right in the middle of deer park. Charming, cozy, and straight up delicious, this cafe has the right stuff to give the cafe chains a run for their money.Immediately upon walking in, my partner and I were greeted warmly, as they insisted we try their award winning gelato. The wide spread of homemade unique flavors made deciding a difficult but happy struggle. The fresh espresso coffee and pastries were simply delightful.Should our stomachs be allowed, we would have eaten everything. We look forward to returning and trying something new.“
“I’ve been wanting to check this place out to go work from, as it’s been rated well and not far from home. Went today for first time and I enjoyed the atmosphere, had a matcha iced tea with tamarind syrup (had them add milk to make it a bit creamy as it was more on the sour watery side than what I’m used to for matcha); my partner had an iced coffee. I will definitely return as I really would like to try their regular coffee, the place smelled amazing!!! They sell coffee bags there too, which would be kool to make at home if you’ve tried and loved the taste of their coffee. Reminded me of Gossip Coffee in Astoria. The great thing is they have plenty of outlets, pretty much at every single and double seating space. The tables for 4 in the middle of the cafe are the only ones without outlets. It was a bit chilly when we went today, as the back door was open to the outdoor seating, would’ve preferred it closed especially in 45-50 degree weather still. It’s nice to have that extra space out there though, esp when the weather gets warmer, definitely a plus. It faces the parking lot.The cafe overall is cozy and chill, great place to work, light a bit dim, cute decor, more of a rustic industrial feel which is my cup of tea. My partner felt like the seating was uncomfortable and hard, esp if going to be there for a couple hours to work like we were but otherwise, great place to check out and unwind at, over coffee or with a friend, to read, catch up on work, or just work from for the day. Today they were playing some hip hop music in the background, not sure if that’s the case always. They have some baked goods there to munch which we didn’t try, but maybe next time. Would return!“
“One of the reviews used "cute and cozy" already. Spot on. If you haven't seen it decorated for Christmas please go today. The baked goods look and taste amazing. The coffee was so fresh and flavorful. It is a hidden gem of main street. Sneak around the corner for a coffee and treat on your next walk. Bring the kids to see the decorations. Absolutely love this shop.“
“The first thing that caught my attention was the aromatic scent of freshly brewed coffee that permeated the air. It was evident that the coffee beans used here were of exceptional quality. The baristas were not only knowledgeable but also passionate about their craft, taking the time to explain the different brewing methods and flavor profiles available. i can recommend this coffee shop with my friends and family.Parking: easy to find the parkingKid-friendliness: They had a good and testy pastry“
“Very cute, quaint, chill spot for all ages. Depends on what you’re looking for. Saw a few mothers on “play dates” or shall I say “Mommy & Me dates,” all very accommodating. If you’re going for a drink or coffee, it’s a great spot. Have several outlets in some of the seating areas, which allows ease for working remotely as well. I just put my headphones to be able to concentrate more. Not a rowdy place at all, as I mentioned super chill. Staff doesn’t bother you and you can stay as long as you want. Had the matcha latte, and it was unsweetened, which I appreciated as it’s more natural and I can sweeten to my own liking. Love the ambiance and decor, would go back! Oh, and I saw they have live music on Friday evenings, would love to check that out.Parking: 1-2 hr lotted and street parking“
“Very cozy coffee shop, aesthetic looking, good quality stuff. Got a cappuccino and iced matcha with avocado pesto toast, they were good. The aroma of the coffee brewing and water food they cook is really good.It can be kinda pricy tho’, keep that in mind but I think it’s worth it once in a while.“
“I love this place! The spicy avocado toast was delicious and I got a cherry blossom matcha latte. I did get it hot and they let me know it was going to be the same experience as the cold one but it was DELICIOUS all the same! When the weather warms up I will be sure to get it iced!Kid-friendliness: They offer for hot beverages to warmed to child friendly temp! Love it!“
“Good coffee nice selection, friendly people. Nice to hang out. Parking can be a challenge if there's an event going on nearby but it's always good. Coffee snacks can be uneven but atmospheres is always pleasant. Great meeting place.“
“Delectable Treats and Homely ConvenienceCopenhagen Bakery is a delightful spot that has never failed to impress me with its array of confectionery marvels and savory offerings. Whether it's for a sweet craving or a hearty meal, their selection is unparalleled, featuring some of the most delicious cakes, an assortment of cookies, and an abundance of breakfast and lunch options. The availability of premade meals such as their renowned chicken pot pie adds a level of convenience that is perfect for on-the-go dining without compromising on taste. Their ready-to-eat breakfast and lunch to-go meals have often been my savior during busy mornings and hectic midday schedules. It’s an especially great place to grab lunch if you’re in a bind on your lunch break. What truly sets Copenhagen Bakery apart is their flexibility and willingness to cater to custom orders. With a phone call and a week's notice, I've seen them whip up nearly any cake wish I've had, much to the delight of my taste buds and guests alike. And as for indulgences, a friend raved about their Red Velvet Cake which I had ordered for a birthday occasion, claiming it outshone even those endorsed by celebrities. This bakery is a must-visit for anyone looking for quality, taste, and service that over-delivers every single time.Dietary restrictions: There is a refrigerator behind one of the registers full of Gluten Free options (desserts and meals) for those with dietary restrictionsWheelchair accessibility: There is indeed a wheelchair ramp leading into the bakery“
“Far and away the *BEST* beans on LI!!! Never ever a disappointment when going to Georgio’s - whether it’s a classic fave (iced Vietnamese) or I’m switching it up to one of their handcrafted seasonal treasures, I am always left more than satisfied when done savoring my cup of Joe! My husband has become a groupie and now makes us delicious brews at home thanks to Rich’s guidance. The whole staff is wonderful and I feel so thankful that this choice spot is less than 15 min away from me! #iykyk“
“Delicious vegan donuts! Staff working the counter are always friendly, and quick to serve. Flavors rotate, but I believe the donuts are all made from the same base, then topped differently. Chocolate covered strawberry is not one to miss !Dietary restrictions: Vegan donuts! Sometimes offering gluten free as well I believe“
“I stopped because my sugar was very low. I told the young lady and she gave me an iced tea and asked if it had enough sugar.. I asked for more sugar . She made sure it had enough and that I was okay.. I would like to thank them very much. My iced tea was very good and did the trick. I felt better after drink it . Again Thank you very much. Very nice people at Buzzed“
“Before or after dance class in the morning or early afternoon, the Farmingdale Diner is our 'go to' spot for great food and friendly service! The staff and the owners are amazing. Try their freshly squeezed OJ it is a lovely addition to almost any breakfast.“
“Cute little local coffee spot right across from the train station. They have a ton of options available when it comes to any kind of flavor you could want with your coffee, I opted for their drip with raspberry, which was absolutely delightful. If you don't do your drip right, there's no way you do anything else well, so this is a good sign for my return trip! They offer several teas and an assortment of baked goods to eat as well, if coffee isn't your thing. Staff was very friendly and service was quick to boot. There are a bunch of tables inside and out if you choose to stay awhile, but it is limited and the place seems to fill up pretty quick. Plenty of parking close by either on the street or in the municipal lots in back of the building.“
“Staff is great and the desserts are always on point!! Must try the Crunchy cake! My family loves is! Our go to cake for any birthday or party we have! Cookies are delicious and the coffee was very tasty! All the employees had great attitude and the atmosphere overall was amazing! Definitely give them a try and I promise your sweet tooth craving will be satisfied!“
“I passed by this quaint coffee shop in Lindenhurst on Sunday. I am always looking for new places to try. The place was so cute inside. The Coffee was so good. I believe it was Kayla's choice or barrista choice, something like that, so good! What impressed me the most was a young lady named " Kayla" who helped me with my coffee. It is nice to write a good review on a place that you love but it is very rare when you find people that truly love their job and what they do, especially teenagers. Kayla was super sweet, patient, she listened and got my order right to the tee. You can tell she loves and appreciates what she does. I would gladly tip her every time on her service. Kudos to who hired her and saw her potential.Definitely visit Muni's for a good cup of coffee in a quaint little shop and hopefully, you get to meet Kayla on your visit.“
“This was my first time here and I already felt a good, relaxed environment. Jorge attended me and showed me the different options from smoothies, to teas, and protein shakes. I will definitely be coming back after the quality of service and products!“
“I don’t get to come here often but when I do, it is always such a delight. The bakery is clean and the staff always so kind and gracious. One of the few places you will find the sort of almond croissant you desire. Parking is small so careful with how you enter/exit. If you have not yet stopped into this bakery, it is small but mighty! Definitely recommend.“
“Best coffee/coffee shop on LI by a long shot. There's not a single shop that comes even close. In fact, it's one of less than a handful of coffee shops/cafes on LI that even CARE about serving coffee. The coffee is expertly roasted(not a single bean over medium to be found, which is how its supposed to be) and the drinks are expertly crafted. One of the best lattes I've ever had. They constantly get new coffees in stock and get back favorites all the time. My wife and I get coffee delivered to our house upstate every couple of weeks. The food is great as well; the breakfast tacos and everything biscuit are awesome. You legitimately cannot find a better coffee shop on LI and will even have a hard time finding one this good in the city.“
“Absolutely delicious! The girls working are so nice offering more syrups in my coffee if needed. I’m telling all my friends about Cafe Bella. I think I found my new hang out spot.Pictured is the birthday cake muffin and birthday cake latteParking: Parking in the lot can be hard but parking on Merrick Rd was easy to find at the time I went (9:30am)“
“I’m not typically someone who writes reviews but my husband and I have been looking for different coffee shops to go to around the island and I came across Anchor. After reading some negative reviews together we decided to try it out for ourselves. I must say I don’t agree with any of them. The staff was incredibly friendly, the atmosphere was very nice, I’m not sure what some people meant by the vibe seeming “fake” but I definitely didn’t feel that way. They had pretty good food options for breakfast and lunch and an assortment of pastries as well. For the reviews about the owner, I didn’t talk to him myself but I heard him talking to staff and other customers and he seemed like a very normal dude. Overall I just wanted to say I don’t agree with the bad reviews..“
“Obsessed is an understatement. How cute is this spot!?!? My husband and I were walking around Babylon after lunch and ran into this place. The inside is so beautiful and a tea place I would always dream of. I love the trendy things and the Valentine decor. The teas were delicious. I got hot vanilla chia and my husband got lavender tea. We both loved our choices and the girls who served us were very kind and helpful. My only recommendation to the owner is to move the menu. It is currently behind a few bar stools and in an awkward location. It would look much better in your standard middle of the bar where some of the teas are. It was a big hard trying to see the menu, while people walked past you, and others were sitting right by the bar.“
“Always a great breakfast and brunch option! Since I went during peak hour, I was put on a digital waiting list where I was able to check my place in the queue. You can never go wrong with anything on the menu! I ordered The Feast and Breakfast Bowl which was all delicious and great quality. I can’t wait to go back and try more on their menu!“
“One Spring is a coffee lovers gem on Long Island. Each cup is thoughtfully prepared by thoughtful, caring staff. The atmosphere is calming, and it attracts customers who enjoy peace. Every moment of the shop feels intentional and authentic, true to itself. Being a musician, the song selection is top notch. This is my go to spot for a one on one chat, or a focused study session.“
“Stopped in while passing thru, and needed a spot to land for 30 minutes. Nice, traditional looking coffee shop on a small-town looking Main Street. Tables and couches had those on phones, laptops and chatting. The Americano and a small hot chocolate came out piping. To me, it just hits the spot.“
“The owner, Sally, was so kind and welcoming even though we arrived there 3 minutes before closing. My friend and I ordered 2 different drinks. My friend got a grapefruit “K-fruit” and I got a combination of cookies & cream AND dulce de leche BOBA. It was my first time ordering and I was surprised that I could mix flavors. Sally was very accommodating and made helpful suggestions regarding the sweetness level. The grapefruit “K-fruit” did not taste artificial and it had real fruit pulp. I was pleasantly surprised with my boba. Whenever I go to other boba tea shops, more often than not they’re overly sweet. I highly recommend Cafe Bubbly and we’ll definitely be back!“
“Love the lattes! If you’re in a rush this place isn’t for you. I try to place my order in advance to avoid the wait but they make it and keep it behind the counter so I still have to wait for the employees to finish helping other customers, to get it.“
“Frida Panda loves the Sweetie Pies on Main garden area, I love their teas, and my husband their treats and coffee ??♥️Parking: We try to go during non peak hours, but when we don’t, we go to the park and walk from there. Frida Panda loves the entire strip of shops!“
“Friendly atmosphere with welcoming staff. Amanda helped us with our cravings for scone and pastry. Despite being delicious on its own, the blueberry scone could not hold its own against the awesome German butter cake and crumble cake. A nice coffee and pastry oasis.“
“Quickly is a place I often go to at night with my friends because they open until 23:00 every day!I love their salted crispy chicken the most, the Korean fried chicken tastes really special!Chocolate slush is my favorite!?️You can park on the roadside, parking is very convenient“
“Cozy little place with quite a nice variety of options either to eat there, or to take home and cook with real Italian ingredients from its market.I ordered a tomato mozzarella and pesto sandwich and I liked a lot the fact that it was spicy and the cibata bread gave it that crunchy factor. I also love they sell Manhattan Special espresso soda!Minus one star on service because the owner seemed to be in the middle of something and wasn't welcoming even though I told him it was my first time there.“
“Southdown Cafe has become my go-to for my morning coffee runs. Its warm, rustic ambiance sets the stage for a delightful experience. The menu offers a range of breakfast, and lunch options, highlighting fresh, local ingredients. Don't miss their specialty coffees. Service is exceptional, and the staff is friendly and attentive. Whether you're a regular or a first-timer, It's a local favorite that feels like home.“
“A Korean-styled cafe tucked away in Jericho, Long Island. Relaxing ambiance, comfortable and ample seatings, clean restroom, and free wifi. There’s a free parking lot outside so you don’t have to worry about finding parking.* Croissant, Raspberry Scone, Blueberry MuffinTheir pastry shelf has a variety of sweet and savory bites. We arrived an hour before they closed so most of them were gone. I usually won’t set my expectation high for cafe pastries, so I was impressed by their raspberry scone with crispy edges and golden crust. The blueberry muffin was soft and moist. We only ordered pastries to share, but they also serve bingsu.* Cortado, Matcha Latte, Pumpkin Spice LatteI ordered cortado and it was served in a cute glass mug with a little heart latte art. The milk was well frothed with a smooth texture. The espresso was strong yet not too bitter.“
“I’m afraid to go in when I receive a menu in my mailbox with their price of a hamburger for $ 12.00.- Dumbfounded -This is East Northport, not Manhattan.Must be really excellent but definitely not in my budget for a quick break from work.“
“Charming and warm atmosphere . Greeted with a smile and served promptly. Try the Vietnamese cold brew! Outstanding and worth the wait. Fresh food and great gluten free choices. I’ll be back☕️Dietary restrictions: Gluten free cakes cookies and protein bars.“
“Daniela was tending bar. What a delightful person. Cocktails were perfect, service above and beyond. Started with Caprese (delicious) The Salmon Regantana was beautiful (they actually ask how you want temperature you want it cooked). My coworker had the pizza with the prosciutto. It was perfect. Really good portions for the money! Our 30-50 pricing included a couple cocktails.“
“The staff is super friendly. I'll go out of my way to get my order here because they always make my orders right and if they don't they are kind to remake and fix my order with a smile. There's other dunkins near me, but I'll go out of my way to go to this one because or the service.“
