“Such a wonderful Southern Italian local restaurant. Highly recommend their Eggplant Parmesan. It's so light and not breaded, and never greasy.The service is always great, but we had a young man as our waiter and thought he was so wonderful that we left him a 40% tip!“

“First time guest and will definitely come back. The first impression is dealing that parking is a challenge and that the place was packed. As we arrived for our 6:30 Open Table reservation, my wife and I were seated right away despite the busyness. Had the joy of meeting our server Renie (hope I spelled it right) and she was absolutely fantastic on attitude, knowledge and timeliness. Having had gastric sleeve surgery, I couldn't eat more than a few bites of my Shrimp Spectacular (in photo) but she was very attentive to make sure that we were not displeased with our meal because of how little we ate.I am not a seafood junkie so my food opinion here may not be the best but the shrimp spectacular was perfect for my palate. My wife (who enjoys seafood far more than I), who had the combination platter, absolutely loved the food.So if Renie gets word of this review, please be sure to share with her that WE WILL BE BACK!!!!“

The wait staff was very professional and attentive, the mood was lovely with a pianist playing in the background and birthday dinners celebrated with festive candles and singing and the food was spectacular! Our party enjoyed two different salads, which were delicious, and 4 different entrees each being over the top delicious. The menu is extensive and has very varied choices. “I just came back from a trip to the Amalfi coast and was dying to find something similar on Long Island and Vico was exactly that! The waiter was so genuine and nice, gave really good service and the food was very good. Pizza and the croquet were the highlights and the only note I could make is the gnocchi sorrento could have had more seasoning but I know in Italy they let the ingredients shine without a lot of seasoning so maybe that’s why. Definitely check Vico out!“

“This is the best pizza in the Seaford Wantagh area, which is saying something. I 've worked through the menu in pizza and pasta items, and it is definitely thin crust NYC rooted, but also is just full of flavor. The round grandma is a gimmick, but is still delicious. The spinach and white pizza is the best I ever had. The baked ziti is cheesed top to bottom, not just one drop of ricotta like most places. Found these guys just this year, and now they're my go to. Thanks for opening nearby, and for the WLIR vibe w the music choices.“

Unfortunately when I booked a 5:30 reservation there was nothing on Open table that told me that there was a seating time limit and at 7pm the hostess put down the check and came back shortly after to check on the bill. The bus boy was hovering to clear the table and the manager asked us to resolve the bill as he had people waiting. So disappointed as I have been a steady patron for many years. Yes...a Saturday evening, but give me a heads up and I would have been more timely with dinner or booked another reservation elsewhere.“

“Taste Haven fills a void in the area for healthy flavorful food. I really enjoy their paninis and smoothies and am excited to try more of the menu. I recommend ordering ahead and picking up because the food is made fresh and takes a bit. They also have online ordering, delivery and meal prep but haven’t tried that yet.“

“I was very skeptical of this place at first, but it was amazing. So the concept is Italian-Mexican food. It works. And it works very well.We ordered 3 tacos as well as the surf and turf quesadilla. I was absolutely blown away by the taste and quality of everything. The quesadilla was one of the best I've had in a long time. The steak was juicy, the shrimp wasn't chewy, and the flavors were amazing. For tacos, we got the ital-Americano, chicken parm, and maialino. Every one was tasty in its own way. The Ital-Americano was super juicy, the chicken parm was just delicious chicken parm in a shell, and the mialino was juicy with just the right amount of spice.I need to remember next time to sign up for the rewards program since I know I'll be back there a lot.Parking: Parking all over.“

“First time here. Great atmosphere, the place looks great. The service was on point. We shared the excellent meatballs and lasagna as an appetizer. The only critisizm an its nit picky is the pasta in the lasagna was a bit over cooked. It was still delicious. The pizza who's name I regretfully forget (rectangular crust, fresh mozzarella, cherry tomatoes, basil) was excellent, particularly the crust. We will return!“

“It's really about a three and a half star. We came here for my birthday brunch. We had a reservation but we didn't really need it. When we entered there wasn't anyone to greet us. It was a good five minutes before anyone came to check on us. But after we were seated we got our menus and water. There was also a complementary cornbread that was still warm. I ordered the Eggs Benedict with Steak. My husband had the French Toast and my daughter wanted the Nutella French Toast. When our orders came out I didn't notice right away that it was incorrect because it did look good but before I touched it I got it returned. They apologized and brought it back in. My husband already started eating his before he realized he got the waffles instead of French Toast so we decided to ignore it. My daughter really liked her Nutella French Toast. When I finally got my order, it was very good. The eggs were nicely poached. The hollandaise sauce was creamy. The steak was a perfect medium. My only criticism was that hash brown looked good but tasted stale. There were parts that looked crunchy but were mushy and gritty. (I wonder if they just reused the hash brown from my first order.) And not that it matters to anyone but I love Pikachu so they get a half star back for the Pikachu decor.“

“My wife and I held the rehearsal dinner for our son and his soon to be wife on Feb 29. We had 40+ people. The overall experience was great- a 5+ stars. All the guests loved the food and the ambiance of the room. The food was delicious and the portions were so generous that many of the guests needed containers to take home what they had left. The waitstaff were exceptional. They couldn't have been more attentive and nice. Eric and Gianna who we worked with to plan out the dinner made it very easy to get everything set up. “This is under new ownership and decided to try it. It is very clean and the new owners are very nice and friendly. Their breakfast sandwich tasted great and was perfectly cooked and the price was more reasonable than most other delis I have been to by a few dollars. Besides sandwich’s and typical deli salads what makes them stand out is their Korean options. I tried their Korean fried chicken and it was delicious. Definitely recommend trying it if you want something different.“
