I can hardly wait to return! Sunday brunch is fantastic! Busy and absolutely worth the wait! I had their delicious shakshuka and an early grey tea while my friend had the hamburger and a cappuccino. We both loved it!!! We ate outside which was lovely, but inside is even more lovely! The design is farmhouse chic meets French patisserie…a great combo!!! And…the staff was kind and generous!! I really look forward to going back!!”

“They say never judge a book by its cover, well that couldn’t be more true for Lou’s Wagon (hot dog truck). On the surface, it’s a really small white box-truck that doesn’t appear to offer much. Rest assure, that is not the case. The food and service here was great. The two hotdogs with chili, cheese and cooked onions that I purchased were very tasty. The chili had just the right consistency and the cheese actually tasted like cheese. The bread wasn’t stale and the dogs didn’t taste like they’ve been sitting in boiled water for a week. The food was fresh. The lady running the hot dog truck was extremely welcoming, quick and courteous. For anyone looking for a quick bite and tasty hot dogs at a very affordable price compared to other food trucks I’ve stopped at, this spot is a winner. They also offer hot sausage, Dr. Browns soda, chips and cookies. The food spot is perfectly located right at the corner of an intersection just off 9A and Croton Dam Rd. Give them a try. You won’t regret it!”

“Bife a Portuguesa and shrimp in garlic were excellent, as was the bread (from a Portuguese bakery in NJ). Who knew there was good Portuguese food so much closer than the Ironbound? Service was solid and friendly. You can eat at the bar and a few tables in the front, which I recommend doing, as the back room is a bit claustrophobic. They really need to update the prices on their menu in Google Maps, however, as they have doubled.”

He and his team were very flexible as I came by numerous times checking table materials and possible table setups. The venue including Nelson, his wife Christine and famy met and exceeded all my expectations Nelson was very patient and accommodating. I had a cocktail hour inside because it was too humid outside. Nelson 's team set up the tables and they were able to deliver an exceptional dessert table. The outside was coiffured beyond beautiful! All in all we were certainly return for other functions!”
