“I don't usually write reviews on Google but I feel compelled to write in support of Lisa, Dan and The Tasty Table. My husband and I are frequent weekend guests at The Tasty Table because we like the food and the way we are treated as guests. I've noticed some less than positive reviews focused on difficulties getting a table during their busiest weekend times. This should indicate to all who are interested in going to The Tasty Table of how wonderful a restaurant it is. My suggestion is to take advantage of the 30 minute call aheads that are offered. You won't be disappointed!“

“Small taproom with big reward. We stopped in on a Sunday afternoon and the bartender could not have been more welcoming, informative and attentive. The only downside was the inability to sample all beers on Tap due to a couple of really interesting ones kicking, but no worries we will return to catch them.“

“First time here and first time trying Georgian food. Really fantastic! I’ll definitely be back. We tried the adjaruli (cheese baot) and chakapuli (lamb stew). The cheese boat was creamy, savory and comforting. The lamb stew had a rich broth and plenty of fresh herbs to give it a wonderfully complex flavor.“

“Fantastic brewery. The owner/ head brewer was behind the bar and was super friendly and passionate about the beer. We played bingo with the whole bar and sampled just about all of the beers on tap all were well crafted with great flavor profiles. Highly recommended checking out this brewery and I can’t wait for the warm weather to hangout in the beer garden out back.“

“We love a dog friendly place!The service was awesome, the beer was great and the food was culturally spectacular. We had an amazing time here having a few drinks and playing card games. Will gladly come back, especially in the summer for the lawn.“

“I purchased a 2022 Cannondale Synapse and could'nt be happier. Piermont had the best price and was able to ship it to me in Florida. The bike arrived in excellent condition, no scratches or anything out of place. I wish there was a LBS in my area like this one.“

“PCC had our 50th Anniversary Celebration at The Thorn- we had the best time! Tonin and all employees were wonderful, kind, easy to work with and responded quickly and clearly to all questions pertaining to our large event. The food was outstanding and the atmosphere was warm, welcoming and beautiful! We had the garage door open and it was so nice. Definitely recommend The Thorn for a party or corporate event! You won't be disappointed.“

“We visit this family favorite ice cream shop every time we are in town! Love their death by chocolate, rum raisin, pistachio, toasted coconut, butter pecan, strawberry and cookie dough flavors! Haven’t tried the other flavors as we already love our picks and every time we go there we want to eat the same flavors! They have tons of flavors. Parking spots and also a nice area to sit and enjoy the ice creams!“

“I ordered the porchetta sandwich. It looked better than it tasted. The ciabatta was not a true ciabatta and did not go with the sandwich. The porchetta was just crisped up pork belly and was skimpy on the portion considering the price of the sandwich. The waitress said I can substitute the fries for any of the sides but didn't state there would be an upcharge. There was tiny fine print under the sandwiches that says they'll be an upcharge but it's very easy to overlook. I opted for the warm cabbage side which was very tasty and would order again.My friend ordered the beet salad and that looked amazing. I'd suggest trying that and if I go again I'll order that instead.Lastly, the water glass had lipstick on it. I wasn't wearing any. When I asked for a fresh and clean water glass, there was no acknowledgement about the lipstick, even after I pointed it out. That was unprofessional, in my opinion as a former waitress and bartender.Overall, will I go back? Eventually, yes but it's towards the bottom of the list of things to do.“

“This is the first time my husband and I visited this diner. The atmosphere was welcoming. The waitress was very nice and attentive to our table. The food was excellent. We had soup for starters. The white bean soup was excellent. My husband had the Turkey, with avocado, lettuce and tomato, and sweet potato fries, while I had the pastrami with Swiss cheese and curly fries. “Must-stop for cyclists! .The Peanut Butter Jelly sandwich, the scone (Lance Amstrong even stopped there for it - they have a picture of him at Bunbury's) and the rest of the sweet bites are simply amazing. Added to that, Debbie (the owner) is super nice!“

“The variety of different hot dogs is crazy, the menu is huge. Delicious and fun, location has parking unlike the rest of White Plains and the owner is a really nice guy. Puppers are welcome too. Only reason Walters gets any business is because The Dog Den is closed during the winter months.“

“A tiny little oasis tucked away on Camptown Road in Ossining. Very charming, decor, immaculate, great, brunch, ( we both had the huevos rancheros, which was outstanding). The reason for the four stars is that service here is exceptionally slow. In fact there's a full chalkboard up in the front asking people not to get nasty to be nice to the servers, etc. I can see why. The kitchen is very tiny. This place is always packed. The menu is far too long for a place with such a small kitchen. “Ill Fresco has it all going for it. Great ambience, great service and really good food. My shrimp parm was as good as I can remember ever having it. My wife's homemade pasta with chicken was delicious. This will earn a coveted spot on our dining rotation.“

“I can't believe I haven't reviewed this place yet but Soul is one of my favorite spots in the whole county. It's so cozy, the staff is awesome, the beer is delicious (especially Freya's Hefeweizen and El Tropical IPA) and they allow dogs. Can't rave enough about Soul.“

The acoustics were great here as I am typically a little overwhelmed if the acoustics are off. “My husband and I went there for the hot dogs. They are out of this world. Large size great taste. They are so good I ate mine with a little bit of mustard and nothing else. The fries are so good and compliment the hot dogs perfectly. Try not to miss the french fries if you are a fry lover like myself. You can see the food being cooked behind the counter which I personally like. The day we went there were 2 young ladies. One taking the orders and one cooking. They were so efficient and nice. “A small cafe that serves the newly built water front development. There is only few tables inside, but a nice outdoor seating area. We were pleasantly surprised by stumble upon this place by searching Google. The food was fantastic, we ordered a salmon dish which was cooked to perfection and a nice cheese burger with sweet potato fries. The portions were abundant, tasted delicious and reasonably priced. “Making a delivery for Uber which is funny I came to this place for the first time. Looking around I knew that this was a place I wanted to try. So I went back and how amazing is the food. A healthy option for good. I came here twice already and did the hamburger the first time and it was so good. The staff is friendly and always have a smile to help seat and serve you. The food came on time and hot. The second time I went then I had the chicken sliders and man oh man so flavorful. This is a place I would recommend and also take my family to for any function.“

The owners have added on to include outdoor seating and a liquor license! They have a nice wine list though I can't comment on other offerings. The dining room is small and can be a bit noisy. “I was so happy to see that Fair Deal Cafe on Mamaroneck Avenue reopened. I was so upset when they closed. I drove by last week and saw the lights on. Sure enough, they are back and even better, under the original ownership. We just got our Italian combo fix today. One of the best in Westchester County. It's more diner style now but of course they still offer take out and delivery. Stop by and give them a try!“
