I don't like the food at all but nothing wrong with the food and how they prepare it. My Italian husband love the food, he actually brings my order home and finish it later. I get shrimp in garlic oil and when the food comes, it isn't like I expect at all. So, all I want to say is I just like food that is not in thick flour and not too oily. Order I get, maybe it is an Italian style and that is how they prepare the food. Anyway, service is good, friendly and very family style.“

“Yesterday was my first experience at Oyster bay brewery and I would give more than 5 stars if I could. The beer was excellent, the atmosphere was very friendly. There were lots of games to play such as darts, a pool table, shuffle board and much more, and a young lady working behind the bar named Gianna she answered any questions we needed and provided us with great service. They don’t have much food, but allow outside food as well which is definitely a plus, I will definitely be returning!“

Decided to try. Always up for adventure. What a WOW! Staff from entry to restraunt were warm and friendly. Love the decor sleek and so clean. Service was great. Now the important part..the food. We both had the j*** chicken tostada which was super delicious. Ingredients were so fresh.. Right amount of spice and ingredients with a nice kick. Got a chance to speak with owner and chef. They were so proud of their restaurant and looking to hear our thoughts on our meal. We told them it was extra special. “After an hiatus, we returned to this gem of a restaurant with friends. The Kitchen prepares and plates artistry. As it's name indicates, the menu changes with the seasons and adds market available 'specials'. Service was friendly, professional and helpful. The wine list was carefully crafted. It was not a phone book with prices that match the digits of a phone number. There are a reasonable variety good wines to complement the food that does not cost the price of your first house. Season offers value, coupled with carefully prepared, delicious food, artfully presented and professionally served.“

As we arrived for our 6:30 Open Table reservation, my wife and I were seated right away despite the busyness. Had the joy of meeting our server Renie (hope I spelled it right) and she was absolutely fantastic on attitude, knowledge and timeliness. “This is my first ever Google review of anything … but think it is important to let people know that Tommys Tacos at the Old Big H shopping Center is doing everything right. Last week I hosted a poker tournament for 16 guys and went to Tommy’s Based upon my own Experience with his food as well as my Guests … who are all “foodies” and endorsed the decision. We rotate the game once a month and each month someone cooks or caters and in the the 5 years of the league (60 games) everyone agrees that Tommy’s knocked it out of the park. I worked with Bella in Catering but Tommy was good enough to step in and make the perfect selection. We went with a Tray pf Birria Tacos … Tray of Mixed Burritos … Street Salad topped with Blackened Shrimp … Chips … Salsa … Guacamole. We picked it up and the packaging was incredible in Tommy’s Tacos Boxes … Tommy even helped take it to the car. He treats his staff and customers right and it shows in the finished product. We have a lot of choices in town … but if you do not hit Tommy’s … you are missing the best Mexican in Town. They have recently added a bar and the servers are always incredible. Also … plenty of parking. If you are doing Shop Right … Home Depot … you have to stop in and get at least a Birria Taco and Margharita … it will remain your Staple for Mexican in Huntington. I also want to add … there was enough food to last all night and into the morning. The next day I took the left overs to a friends job site and fed three other guys who agreed … best they ever had … it it was a day old!!! Tommy also took my call the next day when I had the question … what is the best way to warm up and serve the next day. Again .. in Tommy you have a guy that is great and proud of what he does and does not over prove what he has to offer.“

“Absolutely amazing! My daughter and I had an appointment in the area today, and being not from the area I asked for recommendations on the Long Island Foodies page. You did not disappoint!! We ordered four tacos (the crispy chicken was my favorite,) corn, jalapeño poppers and drinks. Every single item was amazing! Then the staff - we are outside and from the first staff member we met to the last the service was top notch! Extra thanks to the gentleman who made sure to bring me out some Fat Boy Sauce, because I mentioned it was our first time he said “you have to have it.” He was right. We did! And Sal. Every restaurant should have someone as welcoming and lovely as Sal. He made us feel like regulars on our first time. My daughter has already asked to take the hour trip back again next week, and I’m thinking about it.“

“Ma and Pop shop that melts my heart when I’m there (2nd time going). They greet you when you come in and are the only employees there (so definitely have patience though their kindness makes up for any time waiting).Each time I’ve been there they’ve given us a complementary “starter” (2 pieces per person of a spicy, on-the-house sushi).Today we went for the lunch combo and that’s been our favorite so far since the price is good for what you get and I love that it comes with a choice of miso or salad (last time we went for dinner and I had their bulgolgi sushi which was amazing but I loved how fresh and filling their lunch special was while also being budget friendly).They even served us free dessert both times; a complementary (and beautifully cut) orange slice and half a mochi each (last time it was the vanilla mochi which I loved as it reminded me of an orange creamsicle with the orange slice but today’s was a matcha mocha that was absolutely delicious).We’ll definitely be back :)Vegetarian options: I had a sweet potato sushi roll that was so good! “One of the absolute best vegan and vegetarian restaurants on Long Island! I have been trying to go for a long time due to the raving reviews on Facebook and last night was my first chance to try it. Erin the owner was a delight! She constantly checked on us which I appreciated. Next, I want to speak about the food! There was an array of options, which made me want to try everything! I ended up choosing the shrimp roll for an app. It was fried to perfection and had a very similar texture and taste to shrimp. My cousin ordered the scallion pancake which was also delicious. For our entree, I ordered the coconut sticky rice with mango pieces and pineapple boba that floored us! I also ordered the chicken drumsticks and was in love. Finally my cousin ordered the general tso chicken which she enjoyed as well. All this delicious food for only $50 felt like a steal! We will definitely be back to try more items on the menu. We also ran into the sweetest couple while there and had wonderful conversations about veganism. 100/10 experience!“

We had a total of 3 different servers, all female, and all were phenomenal. I forgot their names, unfortunately but again, they were all amazing and most importantly, friendly! “Made a reservation here for restaurant week. Apparently didn't need one. The place has its own parking lot with about a dozen spots. We entered the building which took us into the bar, which was bustling. The dining room was quaint, with some really nice booths and a fireplace that should have been lit. Our server was a good looking young man, pleasant, not overbearing with a sense of humor. We opted to include an additional appetizer of baked clams to our meal, along with the crab cake and winter salad, which I forgot to take photos of. My friend opted for the lamb chops while I had the branzino piccata. Yummy, although the menu never stated that the fish was served over a shrimp risotto. (I'm allergic to shrimp). Only 1 bone in the fish, so I was lucky. Our dessert consisted of tiramisu and rainbow cookie cheesecake. I was "fortunate" to get the last piece although not very cheesecake-y. All in all we had a nice dinner and will maybe return for another meal.“
