“So glad we stopped by!! The rest of the family was opting for fast food but I saw this place on Yelp and wanted to check it out. It’s small but the service was super fast even though the place was full. Food was delish and so fresh - we got burgers, fries, a quesadilla that had good seasoning on the chicken - it wasn’t a typical bland chicken quesadilla. And the kids liked the “Bag o’ lemonade!””

“They are number one for a reason. The food is awesome. They almost never get an order wrong, and we have never had a bad service. I went all in with a plate stacked with Moro de Habichuelas, Bistec Encebollado, Chicharrones, and Maduros — every bite was better than the last. Rich flavors, tender steak, crispy chicharrones, and those sweet plantains hit perfectly. 💯

And let’s talk dessert… their Tres Leches is baked in-house and was absolutely next level — moist, creamy, and just the right sweetness. 🤯🍰

Amazing Service, bright, airy space, super affordable, and literally steps from the train. Can’t wait to go back. If you’re in Queens, don’t sleep on this one. 🔥

“Love the food here. When I visit the city I stay near by so I always come to this cart for some good cheap food. I recommend the chicken over rice and the lamb over rice. The guy working the cart too is super humble as well. I highly recommend this spot to anyone in the local area.”

“I normally don't review Ice Cream shops but Carvel has servived the times! Over 50 years, I've grew up with Carvel, even when other competing franchise came around in the 80s. I have to comment on this particular location cause of their outstanding service. 3 weeks ago, on a dreary cold rainy day, I came in and saw a happy singing and dancing worker named José. He is such a happy person and sold me with his personality. He told me that there are limited flavors such as the dreamy creamy, the cold brew coffee, and the biscoff. I have been back every week for those same three flavors before they discontinue them LOL. I told his coworkers the following weeks that we should all learn from his pleasant way in life. Customer service was so good here that I actually tip the box something I don't normally do. I don't know about the other locations but I highly recommend this one!”

“I love getting breakfast and lunch here. Their smoothies are a must. I understand that some reviewers find the prices for their food to be high, but I believe it's because they use high quality ingredients. Furthermore, their bagel and smoothie prices can't be beat-- they're super cheap for what you get.

Try finding any other place around here with $6-$7 smoothies, packed with high quality fruit. They never taste watered down or too sugary, and the portions are pretty generous. Not to mention, their flavor combinations are fantastic. The bagels and cream cheese taste homemade, and the veggie spreads are packed with ingredients. Their jalapeño cream cheese is my personal favorite.

I also would like to note that they're great at accommodating for food allergies and following instructions. I had a few dietary restrictions and was worried, but they prepared everything perfectly.”

“I was impressed by the cleanliness, and great customer service of this White Castle. The location was decent when I left New York 17 years ago and has gotten better since. I ordered a chocolate milk with my meal. The guy at the window gave me a straw and asked if I wanted a spoon. I remember being able to drink a shake through a straw (Pause). Shake was thick, and good. I ended up using a spoon for it. When I return to New York this will continue to be one of my go to White Castle locations.”
