We just left Easter Chef’s Tasting Brunch and it was such an enjoyable experience. JP is an exceptional FOH manager. Give the man a raise immediately, hard workers, dedicated like him are hard to come by (now, more than ever). I think they have a contender for best restaurant in Long Island with this one. Clean, ultra friendly atmosphere, perfectly dimmed lighting, the wait staff had big smiles and PERFRCT timing, the lobster mac and cheese had an overwhelming amount of lobster and the portion was large. Classy, refined, exclusive and delicious. I almost don't want to let the cat out of the bag, but I also cant in good faith gatekeep such a great steakhouse.
