“An absolute hidden gem in Patchogue village for comida authentica Mexicana! We visited for lunch around the holidays for a quick bite. We got sangria and a michelada as drinks to start. The sangria had quite a punch and the michelada had me reminiscing about that one time in Mexico. We got a shrimp sopa to share which came out hot and was super tasty. Our tortas came quickly after. I got the mixto torta which had two kinds of meat, and we also got the Cubano. After they came out we realized we could have split a sandwich because they were huge. The sandwich bread was soft and the sandwich itself was delicious. Aside from the food we got, they offer kids meals and even breakfast! They also have your typical tacos and burritos. I also loved the ambiance of the place, really gave you that feel of Mexico. I honestly cannot wait to go back and try other things they have to offer.“

“My Wife and I were looking for a new spot to go to that we haven't been before. We think we found it. It was very quaint sat in the back corner a large party came in which made it a little less “” quiet “but nothing the restaurant could do about that, we really had a nice time and our server was extremely friendly and didn't rush us at all. We don't get out often without our kids so we wanted to take our time and have a nice night. Thank you very much for the wonderful experience. Can't wait to come back.“
“Been coming here frequently lately as their prices are very fair, food is always excellent and service is friendly. Most importantly they’re open very late when most other food places are closed.Tonight they let me try their new menu item “sloppy burger” which is a huge juicy piece of fried chicken tender, crispy pickles and various sauces (caution, spicy level is high but can likely be adjusted) on a small bun. It was delicious and I’m glad I was able to sample it because I will definitely be ordering this in the future if it becomes a staple on the menu.“
“I had my 60th Birthday party at Baja Boathouse. We planned it back when it was Off Key Tiki but the new owners went far above and beyond my expectations for this event. My wife did an amazing job of planning and follow-up up with the Baja Boathouse team who worked so hard to make this special.We had about 60 people - we had it on the elevated deck outside. It was a beautiful Saturday afternoon and all the folks at Baja Boathouse, especially Alex and her team made this such a memorable event. They worked their butts off and everything they did turned out absolutely wonderful. Weeks later people are still telling me how great of a party this was.We started the party with an unlimited bar package and passed trays of Hors d'oeuvres; then opted for and the Clam Bake option and added some meat & chicken skewers. The food was outstanding. The service was outstanding. The entire vibe was outstanding, and it was so not-your-usual party.I would do this again in a heartbeat. The regular dining menu is quite varied and the food is outstanding.Baja Boathouse is a great place to go for a lunch or diner, but if you are having any kind of a party this IS the place you want to do it.
