Koi 21 Japanese Cuisine offers melt-in-your-mouth amazing sushi and quick, delicious food. They have a cool koi pond in the back, creating a great vibe. The steak teriyaki is an excellent portion for the price and a good cut of steak, always cooked to perfection. The restaurant offers a cash discount, friendly service, and good value. While the sushi and sashimi options could use more variety, the yellowtail with jalapeño sauce is excellent. Despite the strip-mall ambience, the attentive and gracious staff make it a great dining experience worth returning to.
