“The staff were incredibly kind. I didn’t realize the branzino was breaded and I’m gluten-free. When I got my dish I let them know of the misunderstanding and they replaced my dish with no questions asked. The manager came over multiple times to check on us throughout the meal and then they brought us a free dessert that specifically fit my dietary restrictions. They went out of their way to make me feel like a normal person without all my dietary issues. It meant so much to me and the food was great!”

“I’ve visited multiple times and have always had a positive experience. The staff has been friendly, the drinks are made correctly, and the place has always looked clean whenever I’ve gone. Claims about cockroaches and mice seem exaggerated and hard to believe, especially considering how busy and well-maintained the boba shop usually is. It feels more like a personal attack than a fair review. No business is perfect, but in my experience the quality and service here have been consistently good, and I’ll definitely continue coming back.”

“Paul is an experienced and highly skilled baker. I’ve been going to his shop on Fifth Avenue in Pelham for decades. Whenever I want a sweet or need a cake for a special occasion The Pelham Bakery is the only place that I go to. Today is Father’s Day so a delicious strawberry shortcake is my choice. I can’t wait to enjoy some with my family!”

“Delicious coffee, friendly atmosphere and convenient proximity to town and the train. The staff is wonderful and I love their savory everything-croissants. My whole family loves this place! It also has a lovely little curated boutique where you can pick up all sorts of cute gifts. Gardening items, cookbooks, specialty sauces and even cute toys for kids. There’s also an outdoor seating area which is very nice in the warmer months.”

“This was a jewel find. We are from out of town and noticed this restaurant had GF selections. A small cost atmosphere. Despite not having reservations they squeezed us in. Entirely kind staff, great cocktails, scrumptious food. I will be back again if ever in the area. Fab place!”
