“This is the epitome of a hidden gem! If you are into sitting in a small town cafe, where the wait staff is amazing, you are in for a treat!
That said, if you are into a diner that makes an amazing tasting breakfast, that will feed you for three to four days, at the cost of one breakfast, you are about to react!
I can only hope you that there are many small “mom & pop” type diners like this hidden around the country, because this is what makes America what we are.

“We have been here for dinner several times and the food, cocktails and service have always been great. We typically eat at the bar and the gentleman bartender has always been very attentive and friendly. We were finally able to get reservations here for a holiday and the Mother’s Day buffet was exceptional. Our table was set up for us when we arrived, and I was so impressed with how organized everything was considering how many reservations they had. The food was fresh and delicious, our server was amazing, checking on us often. She even went out of her way to ask the kitchen to make a few strawberry shortcakes for our table. The owner stopped by to check on us as well but something that really stood out was at least 3 other friendly servers thanked us for coming in as we were leaving. Just a great experience all around!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“Dined here last evening. The warm brie appetizer was very good and a nice change from ordinary appetizers. The steak was very tender and cooked to perfection. For dessert I had the chocolate torte which came with raspberry sauce. The combination of the chocolate and raspberry....yum! The staff were all nice, friendly, and informative. “At Rosie's it's all about the friendship. It's a place where they treat you like family even when you're visiting from another state. I don't travel much, but when I do, I look for a local place where they appreciate me paying cash.

When I walked in, I was greeted with a rousing good morning from behind the bar. Tables surrounded this tiny place and the bar sat in the center. The aromas of deliciousness wafted through the air. I knew I was in the right place.

I picked up the menu and looked for their house specialty. Then I saw it. The sever carried out this plate of heaven to another patron. I HAD TO HAVE THAT! I don't even know what I ordered but the first bite was like nothing I'd ever experienced. It was some version of eggs benedict and I didn't ask what it was. Now, eggs benedict usually takes four bites per English muffin but this one took six. Each bit was as good as the first until. I admit, it was gone. The home fries were great but nothing to hop around about.

As an author in town for a convention I found the place for the beginning of my next novel titled, right now, "Men without Butts."”

“This was my first time ordering here & I am amazed by how nice the young man was that delivered our dinner. I’m not big on pizza - (I did take a bite of the kids & actually liked it) I ordered an antipasto with onions for myself and it was bigger and better than expected. Joe called to let me know that he forgot the onions ( I didn’t even realize 😂 it was so so good) & refunded the $1. We found our new favorite pizza place & can not wait to try the wings!!!!”

Kathy & her staff were able to make that happen as well! The cake was their PB Explosion, but with a sunflower theme for the birthday girl. Not only was the cake gorgeous, it was delicious, too! “I’m so happy I chose Freight Yard Brewing for my husband’s 60th surprise party. Not only the perfect environment but I had excellent service from start to finish. Todd responds to emails right away, he is flexible, he allowed me to store my food in his walk in refrigerator the night before, and even allowed my musician friend to play for us for the party. They provided extra fold out tables for the gifts. I called several breweries in Syracuse and only freight yard offered everything I requested. All with no room fee!!! Thank you, Todd!”
