Just visited Rachel's Med Grill for the first time at their Hylan Dr location in Henrietta, NY. I was ordering lunch to go and it just before 12 PM. There was 1 person working, trying to fill orders, cook and restock the food line which was virtually empty of all proteins. Again, it was peak lunch time. Eventually another person came in from the back. The 2 employees did their best and the food was pretty good but I waited way....to long for it! Not optimistic that the place will last very long. Too bad, had the potential to be very good.

By far the worst quality of food at any Rachel's I've gone to. Maybe we were spoiled at the Buffalo locations but this one in particular needs to make some changes. Uncooked rice, the smallest portions you can serve, the fryer is constantly "down", etc. Can't say that we will be returning to this location, which is a shame because it's by far the closest.

Service is really subpar. Ingredients are often cold and stale. My most recent experience I visited on a Saturday with no other customers in the restaurant around noon, and was told they were out of fries, one of only 2 or 3 sides on the menu. Seemed to me the employee just didn't want to make any. I've tried to give this place a fair chance, and the quality is just not serviceable. Not to mention, it's fairly pricy for what you get.

The food was good BUT they did not have our Greek fries because the frier was broken. They told us when we got there that we could get a refund through the app. I could not find it anywhere so I contacted the support via email. Have not received any info from them at all. They told me they were going to speak to the "manager" and let me know but I haven't heard anything from them either. Not only that happened but the meat was cold and they didn't have all the ingredients! This was a second chance visit after a terrible experience previously. Not sure if we will ever go back after this! All the Rochester locations are not doing well and I hope the owner takes note to fix the problems that are taking place.

We arrived to order 4 lunch bowls to bring to a gathering. Turns out they had ONE bowl left and we had to wait 10 mins for an employee to arrive with more. How do you not have bowls if your business requires them for takeout? Whoever runs this place doesn’t have a clue whats going on.Further- I asked about nutritional information. Employees had no idea if it was online or available.Took 3 people to figure out how to scan rewards from the app.
I was surprised to see this place had an average of only two stars because I've heard good things from other friends. I didn't have any issues with their customer service; however, my friend and I were the only people there (we visited on a Wednesday afternoon for lunch). I got a salad bowl with romaine and chicken shawarma. I thought the chicken was juicy and had a good garlic flavor. I added grilled onions, shredded cheese, pickles, and cucumbers with tzatziki on top. I'm not familiar with authentic Mediterranean food, but as far as taste went, this was a big portion and satisfying. I would return to try more options.

Filthy. How do you operate a Mediterranean restaurant in PITTSFORD NY next to Olives and Alladins that's this bad. No wonder it's dead. The employee was pleasant however the facility is disgusting I have never been anywhere that is this dirty. The floors are covered with garbage and leaves and there is literally no one in the place. The restrooms had never been cleaned cleary as there is human fecal matter on the door handle and walls. You simply don't deserve to be in business or in PITTSFORD. Pathetic.

Ordered rachels on line. both the orders where what i say was 3/4 what the volume should have been. I was also charge for a side they ran out of. I reached out to corporate 2 times with no response. There is a reason why there are never cars in the front parking lot.

Horrible. Sadly the young women working tonight have not been properly trained on food safety. All the meat was dry and ice cold and the steam table was bare. The 2 ladies that were working - although very friendly - were left to handle the customer issues alone without management. We asked when the last time lamb had been cooked and they said in the morning and it had been out all day - we ordered at 6 pm on a Saturday.The Rachel’s in Henrietta is much better and busier with a food staff cooking and serving.

Ordered for pick up. We ordered a brown rice bowl & a chicken wrap. The bowl we did falafel & it was so dry that it made your mouth dry. The tzatziki just tasted like sour cream. The portion of the wrap was small. Then both of them had limited choices for toppings & there were not really any side items you could get. For the 2 items it was $31!!! Way overpriced for what you get. Only reasons we got food here is because we get airline points & we have never been there. We will not be going back here
