Service is really subpar. Ingredients are often cold and stale. My most recent experience I visited on a Saturday with no other customers in the restaurant around noon, and was told they were out of fries, one of only 2 or 3 sides on the menu. Seemed to me the employee just didn't want to make any. I've tried to give this place a fair chance, and the quality is just not serviceable. Not to mention, it's fairly pricy for what you get.
The food was good BUT they did not have our Greek fries because the frier was broken. They told us when we got there that we could get a refund through the app. I could not find it anywhere so I contacted the support via email. Have not received any info from them at all. They told me they were going to speak to the "manager" and let me know but I haven't heard anything from them either. By far the worst quality of food at any Rachel's I've gone to. Maybe we were spoiled at the Buffalo locations but this one in particular needs to make some changes. Uncooked rice, the smallest portions you can serve, the fryer is constantly "down", etc. Can't say that we will be returning to this location, which is a shame because it's by far the closest.
