“One of my favorite restaurants! Every course offers great choices. Our daughter is vegan and there is always one or 2 options available for her, as well. The fish and meat are always accompanied by flavorful, interesting vegetables and starches. The wine options are plentiful. The decor is both attractive and comfortable with tables distanced for personal space. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and well established. Really nice dining experience.“

Upon seeing prices that looked like they were from a bygone era (it's not just the lobster), we had quite a few items from their eclectic menu. If you've been there a couple of times, she may even remember which wine you ordered last visit. “I came here with one of my church friends and one of my guy friends that I've been friends with for about 14 years now. I don't drink alcohol but my one friend loves breweries so I go with him to visit them sometimes. I love most of the breweries I go to.They didn't have a non alcoholic beer for me to try but they made me a mocktail which was pretty good. My church friend had wine and my other friend was the one who got the beers. The service was as attentive as it could be for a crowded Saturday night, it was still good.The place is small, but it has more of a classier, upscalish decor than other breweries I've gone to.They didn't serve food just chips but they allowed you to order food from nearby restaurants and delis and have them bought in which is nice. I wish breweries served more food but I'm learning they don't really serve much food. Some of them have food trucks nearby.I liked this brewery and had a good time there.“

“So— this place has me perplexed. I feel like John Taffer needs to come here and haul this place and make it what it’s worth. The first thing I asked for when I sat at the bar was a drink menu. The bartender did a ??♀️??♀️we don’t have one? Idk I’d think a bar on one of the most famous Long Island lakes would be a little more high end. The landscaping and overall care of the building is lacking. Rocks everywhere / Old chairs and cushions kinda thrown in the corner and dirty. Despite many signs asking smokers (and I’m a smoker) to use receptacles. There were cigarette butts lodged in between the deck boards outside. This place has SO MUCH potential. The beach view is beautiful and the set up for the band outside looked really nice m- but we were leaving then. The bathrooms were also filthy. The bartender made me a nice drink, good amount of alcohol and around 10 bucks.But come ON guys. You have so much potential for that place.Overall I would return because of the view and the staff were nice.“

“This was the best first visit at any local bar I have ever had. We were skeptical as this was a small discreet location. The staff and clientele were absolutely wonderful. It was almost comical that they have a sign on the outside about coming there as strangers and leaving as friends but that is exactly the way we felt. Not only did everyone in there seem like they knew each other they quickly scooped us up and included us in everything that was going on. They don't have food but a very nice arrangement with the local businesses so you can have anything you want quickly delivered. They even have private menus just for their establishment. “I took my wife here for our 21st anniversary today and had a late lunch/early dinner. I don't have enough nice things to say about our experience. The food was arguably the best we've had in a long time. I had Chicken Parm with Penne and she had Broiled Shrimp with Asparagus Ravioli. “Intrigued by the signs in the windows exclaiming the benefits of kava, my friend and I strolled into the wonderful world of this non alcoholic bar. Being virgins to this root, we asked for guidance on what to order. This kava is supposed to have the relaxing, mellowing effects of say, Marijuana or even alcohol, but without the detriments that come with those. The young lady suggested a cold kava drink in a coconut cold mug with a slice of pineapple. There's a single, double or triple. She said it's suggested to start high and get the product built up in your system, then go down to single whilst in maintenence mode. We went with the double. We watched her spoon a large spoonful of what looked like, as another patron said, dirty water into our coconut cups! And garnished this dirty water with a pineapple. Bon Appétit! Well I have to say upon the first sip, I was waiting to be repulsed, but it actually didn't have much of a taste. As I got closer to the bottom of the cup, however, I got more flavor.. it was definitely a muddy, earthy flavor. I loved it I have to say. My friend was not a fan. Ha! I guess it's an acquired taste. The atmosphere was very chill. Seems an eclectic crowd. Young, old, parents, singles, white and.. well (us two) black! It was a cool decor. They have board games you can play. Seems a great place to chill alone with a book or laptop. It was dog friendly as well. I think if i lived here, I'd probably be a regular very quickly. Kudos!“
