Tiga is an outstanding restaurant with refined sushi and creative artisanal rolls. The Toro roll was rich and buttery, while the carpaccio appetizer was light and flavorful. The specialty rolls like fried crab and squid were insanely delicious with different flavor profiles. The truffle popcorn was a fun touch to start the meal. The edamame dumplings and sugar mountain rolls were also delicious. The gelato pops for dessert were a great way to end the meal.
