Moving up here from the city has left me craving flavorful food (I wound up trying to make the dishes I miss most). So glad I found Twisted Soul - so far I've tried the noodle bowls and rice bowls, mac and cheese and steamed buns. All packed with flavor. I think my current favorite is the Kool Noodle Bowl. A nice take on the cold sesame noodles (prepared firm, as they should be, with a delicate peanut flavor and perfectly seasoned, firm tofu). Everything tastes fresh, no gloppy fillers or additives.
