She sat with us at our tasting for almost an hour, talking us through each of our tasting requests and working with us closely with us to design a cake that not only looked beautiful but also tasted incredible. Each layer was moist and flavorful, and we even got to mix and match our layers to reflect each of our personal preferences! The cake itself was so beautiful and exceeded my expectations. On the day of the wedding, I left flowers at the venue for Katie to decorate the cake with, and the final result was stunning. The fact that she was willing to do this to match the flowers of our venue was a detail I will never forget. “I cannot say enough about the wonderful people at NBC Poughkeepsie!!! I live 2.5 hours away and needed to order a cake for my daughter's birthday to be delivered to her at school. I called NBC and was lucky enough to have Max pick up the phone. We were on the phone for over 1 hour!!! He was soooo patient with all my questions and changes and crazy tangents -that by the end of the call not only did my daughter end up getting perhaps the best and most beautiful Birthday cake she has ever received, but I no joke wanted to adopt Max!!!! I am a super critical, detail oriented person and I was blown away by just how insanely nice these people were and how much they went out of their way to share with you - and in this case my daughter - their delicious cakes.
