Hands down, THE BEST bread I’ve ever had. If you are a crust lover and gluten sensitive like me, you must try any one of their varieties for the crunch and hearty flavor. I also love the fact that their bread is not overly salty, not unsalted like bread in Florence but just right. A perfect canvas for any snack, meal or cheese board. As if the bread weren’t enough, the staff is warm and friendly. Thanks, Paul and amazing bakers for my raisin and 4-grain loaves!!
This sour dough ancient grains bread is the most wonderful healthy bread I have ever had! So far I have tried two different types, and they are both amazing. Dense and moist with a crunchy crust. Freezes great. I am eating a piece as I write this! :) If you live close enough to come here, you are so lucky. They ship bread, and I sent some as a gift already. Worth every penny and more.

Amazing bread and wonderful people! We have enjoyed getting bread from 123Dough since they opened. The bread is beyond fresh with a crusty outside and soft, chewy inside. Everyone I've met working there has been friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend 123Dough!
