The noise level was LOUD due to an outstanding performance by ASK YOUR MOM- a local band that is fun to see. Some advice: book an early dinner to catch up with your friends then you won't miss a beat once the band plays. So fun!
Always exceptional. Always personable without being cloying. Drop in. Feel like a neighbor whether or not you are. The food is just terrific. Parking is never a problem. The wine list has some unique and terrific choices. Who else has Frei Brothers chard by the glass? The sea bass is a perennial favorite. The bolognese is not overburdened with sauce. The cauliflower has an entree vibe. North Star lives up to it's name!

Warm & welcoming, and a really nice meal. The turkey meatloaf is off the charts excellent, which is hard for turkey meatloaf to do but you will thank me later. The space feels in need of a modest makeover & the physical menus were a little beat up. I'll definitely be back, but hoping a few of these minor details aren't signs of complacency.
