“We really do love your food. But last Friday night my husband had the worst experience there. He ordered a prime rib with a baked potato. After it sat in the window for almost 10 minutes. The plate showed up with prime rib and chips. Sent it back where it sat in the window for another 10 minutes. All they did was slap a baked potato on it and brought it back. By this time the prime rib was cold. My husband ate it anyway, because we didn't want to wait for another dinner. We had already been there for over an hour.“

“Amazing place, the Naples Hotel! We stayed for two nights, and absolutely loved the experience. Slept awesome in the big comfy bed. Ate at the bar one night, and in the main dining room the next night. Met the owners of the hotel, Destiny and Tom, and they were super friendly and helpful. Convenient to everything in town- They have a breakfast nook for snacks and a wide variety of coffees. This place is one of those hidden secrets that we just stumbled on...“

“We come to this place every summer on vacation. It is a tradition now, and for good reason. The food is always great. The beef short ribs with gnocchi are always a good choice. I also really appreciate being able to bring our dog with us. The huge lakeside deck and bar area are a great place to have an evening drink or two while enjoying the beautiful scenery of Keuka Lake.“

“The best coconut cream pie I have ever tasted! I visited a friend from two hours away and had to drive back after we ate lunch here. It was literally so good, I got a slice of coconut cream pie to go, and for my two hour drive home I proceeded to throw up my pie in my mouth so I could eat it all over again! Will buy again!“
