“I love the pizza here, especially on weekends. If I go mid week sometimes it’s not as good.
The service is a bit of a problem for me. While I like going, I frequently feel talked down to by the young women hosting/serving there. There is very little effort put into explaining the menu. I don’t drink, and I see a visible annoyance when we return the drink menu without an order. The person serving me food and pouring water is often a brown busboy. At this rate, I’d rather just put in my order myself. (I hope they tip out to the busboys and back of the house!)
The other day, for a very important occasion w a reservation & note, they made us wait 30 minutes, no apologies and nothing to make up for the wait. I used to go quite often and now feel weird about going.
The atmosphere is confusing. It’s super beautiful inside but the acoustics make it a bit hellish. Some of the worst people of the area get together, screaming loudly, or even talking- and you can’t hear yourself think. But that’s not rly the restaurants fault!”

The tortilla chips were fresh and came with multiple types of salsa, all of which were delicious. That was a nice surprise! We both got chilaquiles off the brunch menu and they were amazing. The service was fantastic as well and the vibe inside was great. I would highly recommend Mayahuel!”

If you're not in the neighborhood, it's easy to get there on the subway (it's right between the 40th St. and 46th St. stations on the 7 subway line on Queens Blvd).”

Genuinely this meal had me insanely stuffed and satisfied. I went with two other people and we still had some leftovers so everything is very shareable. Flavors are incredible.
Our server, Tenzing, really made the experience memorable. He introduced us to rice punch and was also very friendly and sweet!
Will definitely revisit New York just to come back here.”

“We arrived on a flight to JFK and wanted dinner. This is perfectly on the way from or to the airport. We ordered food via our mobile device on the way. It was ready as we arrived. The food was absolutely scrumptious, delicious beyond what we even thought it would be, everything was perfect. I highly recommend this place whether you're just on the way to or back from the airport or whether you are in Queens and need some delicious kosher food. This place gets five stars all around.”

“Very impressed since they was decorating the place. I was passing by every day till they finally open and I desire to try the food, I was curious and also I’m not a vegan person. When I finally try that food I just got in shock. Super tasty, delicious, the Trinidad and Dominican Republic flavors- was so down the earth. So thankful to have them at the neighborhood, the service is excellent and Yesenia and her employees super professionals. The ambiance and decoration soo relaxing- I love the food and the service, how they welcome you, is hard to find a place like that. Highly recommended to everyone- vegan or not vegan- 🥗 the talent is there and I wish them success- nice location, sparkling clean - if you are looking for good food - this is your spot-”

“The Jerk Loaded Plantain is such a unique concept and definitely worth trying. The flavors were incredible but I do wish it came with more jerk chicken. The plantain to chicken ratio felt a bit off. That said, the jerk chicken itself is absolutely delicious, juicy, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. Honestly, you can’t go wrong with anything on the menu that includes the jerk chicken. I’d definitely be back.”

It’s the airport so it’s a little more than if you got it somewhere else but I was very happy with the meatball Parmesan and the wedge salad my wife and I got as well as the Long Island iced tea. It’s New York and is not Burger King and you get what you pay for. They were all very good here. Juan was able to happily accommodate getting a little side of extra marinara sauce for my wife’s sandwich. Was a very pleasant experience and I highly recommend. Enjoyed our visit.”

I accidentally ordered from the wrong restaurant online and I wound up just ordering from the right restaurant and was going to see if I could call the other restaurant to see if they’d give me a refund. I was so taken aback because it is not very often you receive such hospitality from strangers.

One morning there was a problem with my order and so i called, spoke to a lady named Deri on 6/24/26. She said she would handle it later but in my mind, i had no idea how she would know who i was over the phone to even handle the situation later because i always order on their app but I called in with the complaint. About an hour later she called back or Panera called back. I missed the call but saw that they refunded my order. I was shocked she meant her word on “ i’ll handle it”. This made me beyond grateful. And they accommodate to my order consistently as well every time i do place an order with them. They pay attention to details, thankfully and I appreciate this a lot. Thanks guys!”

We all split one and had to go back for another. I also tried the black drip coffee — it’s standard but has a good dark roast flavor. I drink americanos usually, so this was a bit dark for me but personally it’s way better than a black coffee at Starbucks.”

I have stomach issues so I have to be extremely careful or ill have a terrible reaction. I know next time to bring plastic wear or ask for a different waitress.”

“I visited a friend in the area. We decided to stopped by this bar/lounge for a drink. The area is in busy area. The lounge is spacious and clean. There is outdoor seating in the back if you want to smoke.
We arrived around 12am there wasn't a huge crowd. I guess the party doesn't start until 2am...😂😂! We were greeted by a pleasant hostess Ashanti. We ordered the rum punch and tropical martini. The drinks are strong!!! We got an appetizer cod fritters which are delicious. Seasoned well and a bit spicy 😋
The music was good! The DJ's spinner tunes from all genres R&B, REGGAE, HIP HOP, ETC.
The area is mixed residential and businesses. Parking can be challenging. It took us a while to find parking.”

“Very good lounge, good food and drinks. I arrived at 9:40 Am on Monday, it was no wait, the lounge is 80% occupied. Most guests left at around 10:20. When I left at 11 am, it was less than 20% occupied. Lunch started at 11am. I took pictures for both breakfast and lunch buffet. Highly recommended visiting on weekday.”
