“I experienced Nettie’s for the first time last evening. My dining experience was excellent from arrival to departure. The food was “DELISH!” The owner was welcoming & hospitable, the service was good, and the music and atmosphere wea awesome! “We had tea, samosa or spring roll over there. It was delicious. Their tea was so tasty. I would suggest every body if you want taste like India please visit here. Their food was so tasty I can’t explain please must visit there. Front desk boy was so humble and nice. Their services are too good.

The buffet style dining was space out accordingly and the food was delicious. The plated meals were good and there were many selections to choose from or choose them all.”

“Great local food. Comfortable atmosphere. I had the grilled lamb chops with French fries and spinach. DO NOT ORDER THE SPINACH. In my opinion, they are horrible. They taste like thawed out old spinach that is not edible. The spinach is chewy and unpleasant. The lamb chops are delicious and the fries were made to perfection. The service was good and the price was right.”

“I was referred here by my friend who buys food from here often and shared and it's always delicious. My husband and I come from long island as often as we can now because we have never been disappointed with all the food we bought. Staff and owners are wonderful and very welcoming and grateful for our patronage which we love. The portions are great and pleasantly pleased that they include plantains. My absolute favorite is the beef stew, always mouth watering and tender. We will continue to return. Highly recommend this gem of a restaurant.”

“Whenever I come to NY… there my #1 spot from breakfast, lunch and dinner. The food is fresh and tasty, and the price is reasonable. The lladies (servers) are nice (although a
few can work on their attitude). The one person that makes me return all the time is papi (one of the cooks). In my opinion they’re better than Good Taste!”

“I absolutely love that I found a new place to get Haitian Patties. The staff are always very friendly and patient with you when you're placing your order. The Patties are amazing, my favorite one of course is the herring one. Their bread is so good as well. And of course don't forget the soup. I highly recommend Benediction Bakery.”

“Nice and clean went there to try their sandwiches. I have to say not bad at all. We ordered the grilled chicken Philly and the Belly Buster. The belly buster comes with roast beef, pastrami, onions, peppers and cheddar cheese. It was a very tasty sandwich. Will definitely go back to try other things.”

“First time at Elyon restaurant. I stopped in to pick up food on the way home. Food was delicious and fresh. Tasso with rice/ Oxtails and rice with black bean. The Pate Kode was exceptional!!!! I regret I only bought one…my husband devoured it. Restaurant was clean and customer service was good. Atmosphere was comfortable. I drove 20 minutes to find it. They have fresh options like fruit salads and smoothies and the produce looks fresh and appetizing. I ordered a chocolate passion smoothie today. The smoothie was amazing but a tiny bit more chocolate flavor would have been great as it was more berry. Great products and atmosphere- this is my new neighborhood deli.”

“Our village roti shop is really very wonderful , tasty restaurant they have authentic Guyanese Trinidadian Suriname food which Is very tasty? They are located in Jamaica in new queens, village, people from all over New York visiting this restaurant, because they sell very authentic, tasty, hygienic food. And the people who working here are really very nice. People respectful people, they talk very nice with the customers. Highly recommended”

“Good Food, wide selection, of drinks, snacks etc. My favorite thing is the machine to make fresh squeezed orange juice- 7$ for regular, 8$ for large. However, the sandwiches and the food is expensive. Had a lamb quesadilla and Large orange juice was $19+.......it was good but expensive.”
