That is very unsafe, and uncalled for, please make sure to look deep into your food and watch closely as they’re making it

Notorious for messing up orders that come through the app. I think about half the time it seems as if my order never "came through" even though I've seen the printed order on a stack of unfilled orders. Idk if they confused with all the incoming orders and end up mixing things up but it's unacceptable that this has become a regular occurrence. Staff members are also not helpful in remediating the situation.
