Honestly the soup base is not as rich say favorite one from Li Ziqi. But this is onsite and they have fried egg, pork feet and chicken hands!!! Worth the super authentic feeling experience!

A hidden gem in the small little food Court.although the smell might be a lil odd , but once's you take a bite it will change your mind. Never ate it at the shop. Always had it to go and it's always great. Full of flavor and the pickle veggies are great. Very nice owner and super accommodating when getting order to go.d Def a 5 .

Don’t order the dry mixed snail noodles! Lots and lots of fans! Very little food! The one with soup that I ordered before was okay. Highly recommended to eat on site! Otherwise, the noodles will become dry and unpalatable!

Never had snail noodles before? This is the spot to get it. Slightly tart and spicy soup full of umami. Bouncy noodles with crisp toppings. Two seats by the counter and more seats in the back of the mall. Cash only and pick your spice level :)
I'm from Guangxi and this is the REAL SNAIL NOODLE just EXACTLY like what you gonna have in Liuzhou! Everything's worth trying! Thanks for bringing my tongue back to home and thanks for the exclusive fired egg!!!

Really good Liuzhou river snail noodle soup at a good price. Ordered the dry version and soup version, and the soup version was more flavorful. Medium spicy was hot but not too hot. Pictured is the soup version before adding the broth.

The service attitude is superb! I'm not from Liuzhou, and I've never eaten authentic snail noodles, but only instant snail noodles in bags of various brands. I can only say that this one is much more delicious than the convenient ones. Although the convenience version is already quite delicious, but the freshly made ones can really taste the difference after one bite. Milder and more layered and thick, without the sharp taste of the convenience version. The sour bamboo shoots do not follow the "smelly" route, but have an enjoyable fermented flavor. The soup is also good, if you are not full, you can finish it! After eating once, I miss it every day. Looking forward to adding more varieties!

I believe they're newly opened in the food hall so while waiting for our other food we decided to try it because we often see snail noodle dish on wechat and have tried the packaged ones. The fresh one was of course better than the packaged. The vinegar smell is something you have to get used to if you aren't familiar with the snail noodle smell.
