This is a northern style flaky "cookie". I love it for the crust. The crust makes it different from buns and other pork boa. I really enjoy the texture and the juiciness from the meat. Had a variety of them, lamb, black pepper and mixed meats and it was all really good. This shop is in a mini food area; the same one as Joe's stream rolls. There's only 1 lady that works there. Found inside the Landmark Quest Mall, Yukun Shaobing is a quick eats stall with an exceptional menu of items. The shaobing were piping hot and were actively being made as we were ordering.They do not have any designated seats within the food hall, so you might need to walk around outside or find some nearby public seating.The cumin lamb shaobing has spectacular flavor with a little bit of spice.

Wanted to try out these buns! We got two different types (one was the 3 meat one and the other was the vegetarian/vegetable one — honestly forgot the name but I believe it had chives or spinach and egg). It was super flavorful and I would def get it again!
