If you are looking for a warm bowl of goodness on a cold day, this is where it's at. I'm a big fan of rice noodles over wheat noodles as they are lighter and doesn't put me in an instant food coma. Decided to give this place a try vs my usual spot (Ten Seconds Noodle) and it did not disappoint. In comparison, the broth felt more healthy and nutrient at Deng Ji Yun Nan with the added herbs. The menu is quite large but well presented with plenty of photos for reference. I liked how spacious the interior was with all the light wooden accents.

Walked in and perused what the locals were eating. Noticed most tables had a bowl of rich noodle soup.I ordered the L7 (beef stew soup noodles) for $12.99. First laden of broth and the flavor was amazing. ?Next up was the texture of beef. Good taste & plentiful. The large noodle portion was made for a famished cyclist ??The Tujia sauce pancakes paired well when I dipped it in the beef broth. This is my 2nd time here but I only tried the BBQ skewers previously. I must say this is the BEST BEEF NOODLE SOUP in Flushing ??If you know better, please share with me and I’ll pay for both of us ??.The venue is comfortable and the crowd is young. I’m escalating this to TOP 5 in Flushing ??.Try it! You will thank me later…Parking: Best to park in skyview mall for $7 and walk 10 minutes over

Yunnan Cross Bridge Rice Noodles are delicious, and the soup and rice noodles go well together. The snack fried dough sticks and shrimp I ordered was not very good. There was too little shrimp paste and the fried dough sticks were too hard. You can eat a lot of dishes from all over China in Flushing.

It wasn't particularly busy around 2 pm, but they didn't provide any service except giving me a glass of warm water and the meal I ordered. The staff passed by me at least four or five times with the kettle, but they didn't give it to me. I added a little water to the empty cup, so I turned the cup upside down and put it in the bowl. After eating, I sat there for 20 minutes and didn’t bring my check. To be honest, I wasn’t particularly busy. I didn’t understand. It wasn’t the first time. Coming here is quite different from before. I probably won’t come again in the future.

I've always wanted to try this place and finally had the chance while shopping by myself today. The decor is so cute and everything was clean. Servers were all very friendly and spoke English. I got the beef set and 2 beef skewers non spicy and it was really good. I didn't know what to expect when coming here and what flavors it would be but everything was really really good. Definitely will be back again to try other items on the menu. It's very extensive but beef is my fav protein so had to try that first.

The Deng Ji Yunnan Guoqiao Mixian is a delightful restaurant with a warm atmosphere and delicious food. Their Zhuang Yuan Guo Qiao Rice Noodle and BBQ are particularly outstanding. The service is impeccable — attentive, yet not overbearing, with staff that are detail-oriented and eager to make your dining experience exceptional. They're well-versed in the menu and provide personalized recommendations to suit your taste and dietary needs.

Went to this place for lunch. Service was okay. We came during lunch rush so it was a little slower and the line was huge. I would personally recommend the skewers although if you aren’t good with spice then just get the noodles which is their specialty. Presentation was okay and we got the window seat and that led to people looking at our food through the window which was a little uncomfortable. Overall I would give it a 7.5/10.

Clean and bright space which invited me inside amongst all the other shops that lines Flushing's chinatown AND they accept card (some places are cash only). I have never heard of Yun Nan (crossing bridge) noodles before, but it's beautifully presented ingredients/toppings ranging from veggies to meats and seafood presented on a bridge or wooden box before it gets dumped into your hot stone soup bowl by the server. Tip: take your food pics immediately when the toppings come out because they will waste no time pouring everything into your soup. The soup itself is a mild bone broth with soft rice noodles. I enjoyed it thoroughly. You are also served hot jasmine tea, which was pleasantly flavored.

I came here with my cousin and her boyfriend while visiting NYC on a business trip. We came here because another place that my cousin was trying to take us to was full. The place wasn't busy when we got there. My cousin and I mostly just ordered skewers, but her boyrfriend ordered the meat bread and potstickers. I had a few different types of skewers. Aside from the lamb, the rest of the skewers were dry/overcooked. I had a taste of the other items that my cousin's bf ordered, and they were OK, nothing spectacular. My cousin raved about the spicy soup there. Maybe that's what they are more known for. The staff was attentive, and the food came out fast, so service overall was good. This is just not a place that I am eager to go back to again.

Like this as a person grew up in Kunming, even though the rice noodle itself is still not that authentic, but it's really hard to find a really authentic one outside of Yunnan. So this place is already good enough. The fried mushroom is pretty tasty. Would visit again.
