Walked in and perused what the locals were eating. Noticed most tables had a bowl of rich noodle soup.I ordered the L7 (beef stew soup noodles) for $12.99. First laden of broth and the flavor was amazing. ?Next up was the texture of beef. Good taste & plentiful. Yunnan Cross Bridge Rice Noodles are delicious, and the soup and rice noodles go well together. The snack fried dough sticks and shrimp I ordered was not very good. There was too little shrimp paste and the fried dough sticks were too hard.You can eat a lot of dishes from all over China in Flushing.

If you are looking for a warm bowl of goodness on a cold day, this is where it's at. I'm a big fan of rice noodles over wheat noodles as they are lighter and doesn't put me in an instant food coma.
