There was a time when I wouldn't leave LGA without stopping by HC, this place used to be good. Now, not so much. The last few times my food was cold, which I would've had them warm up if I wasn't rushing to my flight. Add to that, the terrible service, this place has really fallen off

This place was so bad, the food was slapped around, just was not good at all $23 dollars for a cream cheese bagel with eggs and sausage and so horrible ! So sad …should of done Dunkin! It was right next to it ..
Even though this spot was not my first choice, I was still excited to order from here because I never tried their food before. Plus, it was actually my first time ordering food from Queens period as I am not from NYC.Then, I got the worst chicken & waffles ever from this place. The chicken was not fresh AT ALL and it tasted very hard. It tasted like I was biting into large chunks of sugar in the waffles and they were not flattering on any level. I spent so much money on the food so I forced myself to eat what I order. I always try to give new spots a chance but I really regret not going to Wendy’s even though we have one back at home. This restaurant and Wendy’s were among the few choices that I had at the airport because the other ones were either closed or ran out of what I wanted. I would have rather starved over wasting my money. Also, I noticed that the kitchen kept messing up other people’s orders and that was slowing down the service. ??? The only thing that helped carry this terrible meal was their lemonade which I enjoyed.
